Abstract
本創作係為一種多層擴充卡之固定器,包括定位件、夾扣件及連接帶。定位件包含定位本體,定位本體具有相對的頂部及底部,頂部軸向開設有扣孔,該底部延伸有複數定位爪;夾扣件包含壓座、插銷、彈性元件及受彈性元件帶動而在壓座上移動的推板,插銷的一端凸伸出壓座並能夠插扣在扣孔中;連接帶為可彎折的一帶體,連接帶的一端連接定位件、另一端連接夾扣件;藉此提供能夠將多層擴充卡定位在電路板上的固定器。
Description
本創作係有關於擴充卡固定器,尤指一種多層擴充卡之固定器。
伺服器主機板上經常裝設有擴充卡,如Wi-Fi、藍牙、衛星導航、近場通訊(NFC)、數位無線電、無線千兆聯盟(WiGig)、無線廣域網路(WWAN)和固態硬碟(SSD)等擴充卡。一般而言,擴充卡的固定方式是將連接器設置在伺服器主機的電路板上,接著將擴充卡的一側緣插接連接器,另一側再透過螺絲進行鎖固,藉此將擴充卡固定在電路板上。
一般在伺服器主機板上大多是配置單層的擴充卡,目前且單層擴充卡大多是利用螺絲將擴充卡鎖固在電路板,以避免該些擴充卡發生移動而影響電性連接或傳輸不良等問題。然而,利用螺絲鎖固的方式在組裝上較為不便,不符簡化組設要求。再者,由於伺服器經常儲存大量的電子資料,故透過多種傳輸介面進行資料傳輸;但使用傳統單層的擴充卡佈設會佔用電路板太多空間。對此,本創作人設計一種簡單易用的結構來實現擴充卡的堆疊方式。
有鑑於此,本創作人遂針對上述現有技術,特潛心研究並配合學理的運用,盡力解決上述之問題點,即成為本創作人改良之目標。
本創作之一目的,在於提供一種多層擴充卡之固定器,其係能夠將多層擴充卡定位在電路板上。
為了達成上述之目的,本創作係為一種多層擴充卡之固定器,包括定位件、夾扣件及連接帶。定位件包含定位本體,定位本體具有相對的頂部及底部,頂部軸向開設有扣孔,該底部延伸有複數定位爪;夾扣件包含壓座、插銷、彈性元件及受彈性元件帶動而在壓座上移動的推板,插銷的一端凸伸出壓座並能夠插扣在扣孔中;連接帶為可彎折的一帶體,連接帶的一端連接定位件、另一端連接夾扣件;藉此提供能夠將多層擴充卡定位在電路板上的固定器。
相較於習知,本創作之多層擴充卡之固定器的定位件的定位本體開設有扣孔,且具有複數定位爪;另外,夾扣件包含壓座、插銷、彈性元件及受彈性元件帶動而在壓座上移動的推板;又,夾扣件的插銷插置在定位件中時,該夾扣件的壓座會壓掣在擴充卡及定位件上,藉此定位連接器的一外端。再者,夾扣件的壓座一端成型有容置槽,用以穿置擴充卡的一端;此外,當夾扣件的一側會壓掣在擴充卡,藉此予以定位定位擴充卡的一端,據此達到定位多層擴充卡的目的,增加本創作的實用性。

有關本創作之詳細說明及技術內容,配合圖式說明如下,然而所附圖式僅提供參考與說明用,並非用來對本創作加以限制者。
請參照圖1,係為本創作之多層擴充卡之固定器的使用示意圖。如圖所示,本創作之多層擴充卡之固定器1係用以將至少一擴充卡2固定至一電路板3,且該電路板3設置有至少一連接器4。該擴充卡2的一端插接該連接器4、另一端透過多層擴充卡之固定器1而定位在該電路板3上。於本創作的一實施中,該電路板3設置有錯位設置的二連接器4;又,二擴充卡2分別對應插接二連接器4,再透過該固定器1而定位在該電路板3上。更詳細描述多層擴充卡之固定器1的結構如後。
請續參照圖2及圖3,係分別為本創作之多層擴充卡之固定器二側方向的立體外觀示意圖。多層擴充卡之固定器1包含一定位件10、一夾扣件20及一連接帶30。該定位件10及該夾扣件20透過該連接帶30而連接,該連接帶30的二端分別連接該定位件10及該夾扣件20。
該定位件10包含一定位本體11,該定位本體11具有相對的一頂部111及一底部112。又,該頂部111軸向開設有一扣孔110,該底部112延伸有複數定位爪113。較佳地,各該定位爪113分別為一彈性勾臂。
該夾扣件20包含一壓座21、連接該壓座21的一插銷22、設置在該壓座21內的一彈性元件23及受該彈性元件23帶動而在該壓座21上移動的一推板
24。此外,該插銷22的一端係凸伸出該壓座21並能夠插扣在該定位件10的扣孔110中。
較佳地,該彈性元件23為一彈簧。另外,該推板24的一側具有一推拉肋241,該推拉肋241的頂面係凸出於該推板24的一頂面。該推拉肋241的設置可供使用者握持而拉動該推板24。較佳地,該壓座21在鄰靠該推拉肋241的位置成型有一讓位空間210,該讓位空間210係利於該推板24在該壓座21上的移動。
該連接帶30為可彎折的一帶體。該連接帶30的一端連接該定位件10、另一端連接該夾扣件20,據此構成該多層擴充卡之固定器1,且該多層擴充卡之固定器為一體式的一元件。
再者,請續參照圖4及圖5,係分別為本創作之固定器用以固定多層擴充卡的使用狀態示意圖及使用動作示意圖。本實施例中,該電路板3具有至少一定位孔5(參照圖1);又,該定位件10透過該些定位爪113穿扣該定位孔5而結合在該電路板3上。另外,該擴充卡2的一側成型有一定位槽6;又,該定位件10的定位本體11的外型係對應該定位槽6的輪廓設置而能夠部分容置在該定位槽6中。
更詳細地說,該擴充卡2係在該定位槽6中成型有一壓板7;另一方面,該定位件10的定位本體11在該扣孔110的一側成型有一承載台114。該壓板7係壓掣在該承載台114上而令該壓板7的頂面齊平該定位本體11的頂部;較佳地,該定位本體11在該承載台114的二側分別成型有一擋臂115,以支撐定位該插銷22。
據此,當該夾扣件20透過彎折該連接帶30而朝該定位件10的方向移動,進而將該插銷22插置在該定位件10的扣孔110。又,當該插銷22插扣在該扣孔110中時,該二擋臂115係分別抵貼該插銷22的二側,使該夾扣件20能夠穩固地插置在該定位件10中。
值得注意的是,該夾扣件20的壓座21成型有能夠應壓掣該壓板7的頂面及該定位本體11的頂部的一壓掣平面211,該壓掣平面211係位在該插銷22的底部。因此,當該插銷22插扣在該扣孔110後,該壓掣平面211會壓掣在該壓板7的頂面及該定位本體11的頂部上,藉此定位該連接器4的一外端。
請再參照圖6及圖7,係分別為本創作之多層擴充卡之固定器的施力示意圖及組合後的剖視圖。於本實施例中,該電路板設置有可供一第二擴充卡2’插接的一第二連接器4’。另外,該第二擴充卡2’的一側成型有一第二定位槽6’及位在該定位槽6’中的一第二壓板7’。
於本實施例中,該夾扣件20的壓座21一端成型有一容置槽200。該第二壓板7’係穿置在該容置槽200中。
又,當多層擴充卡之固定器1要定位另一擴充卡2’時,首先將一外力施於該推板24的推拉肋241(此時,該彈性元件23呈壓縮狀態而具有彈性回復力),將該推板24朝遠離該容置槽200的方向移動從而外露出該容置槽200,並使該第二擴充卡2’的第二壓板7’能夠插置在該容置槽200中。最後,移除施加在該推拉肋241的外力,此時,該推板24會透過彈性回復力而回復至原位,使該推板24的一側壓掣該第二壓板7'而定位該第二擴充卡2’的一端。據此,該第二擴充卡2’的一端即插接該第二連接器4’,另一端會透過該多層擴充卡之固定器而予以定位。
要說明的是,欲卸除該第二擴充卡2’時,則再施力於該推拉肋241並拉動該推板24,以令該推板24朝該讓位空間210的方向移動而退離該第二壓板7’,進而釋放對該第二擴充卡2’的壓掣。此時,該第二擴充卡2’未受該推板24的壓掣而可抽離該第二連接器4’。據此,該二擴充卡2可透過該固定器1而分別對應插接二連接器4及定位在該電路板3上,增加使用上的便利性。
以上所述僅為本創作之較佳實施例,非用以定本創作之專利範圍,其他運用本創作之專利精神之等效變化,均應俱屬本創作之專利範圍。
Claims (10)
- 一種多層擴充卡之固定器,用以將至少一擴充卡固定至一電路板,所述電路板設置有至少一連接器,所述擴充卡的一端插接所述連接器,該多層擴充卡之固定器包括:一定位件,包含一定位本體,該定位本體具有相對的一頂部及一底部,該頂部軸向開設有一扣孔,該底部延伸有複數定位爪;一夾扣件,包含一壓座、連接該壓座的一插銷、設置在該壓座內的一彈性元件及受該彈性元件帶動而在該壓座上移動的一推板,該插銷的一端係凸伸出該壓座並能夠插扣在該扣孔中;以及一連接帶,為可彎折的一帶體,該連接帶的一端連接該定位件、另一端連接該夾扣件。
- 如請求項1所述之多層擴充卡之固定器,其中所述擴充卡的一側成型有一定位槽,該定位本體的外型係對應該定位槽的輪廓設置而能夠部分容置在該定位槽中。
- 如請求項2所述之多層擴充卡之固定器,其中所述擴充卡係在該定位槽中成型有一壓板,該定位本體在該扣孔的一側成型有一承載台,該壓板係壓掣在該承載台上而令該壓板的頂面齊平該定位本體的頂部。
- 如請求項3所述之多層擴充卡之固定器,其中該壓座成型有能夠應壓掣該壓板的頂面及該定位本體的頂部的一壓掣平面,該壓掣平面係位在該插銷的底部。
- 如請求項3所述之多層擴充卡之固定器,其中該定位本體在該承載台的二側分別成型有一擋臂。
- 如請求項1所述之多層擴充卡之固定器,其中所述電路板具有至少一定位孔,該定位件透過該些定位爪穿置該定位孔而結合在所述電路板上。
- 如請求項1所述之多層擴充卡之固定器,其中該推板的一側具有一推拉肋,該推拉肋的頂面係凸出於該推板的一頂面。
- 如請求項7所述之多層擴充卡之固定器,其中該壓座在鄰靠該推拉肋的位置成型有一讓位空間。
- 如請求項1所述之多層擴充卡之固定器,其中該彈性元件為一彈簧。
- 如請求項1所述之多層擴充卡之固定器,其中所述電路板設置有可供一第二擴充卡插接的一第二連接器,該第二擴充卡的一側成型有一第二定位槽及位在該定位槽中的一第二壓板,該壓座的一端成型有一容置槽,該推板受一外力作用而朝遠離該容置槽的方向移動從而外露出該容置槽,並使該第二壓板能夠插置在該容置槽中,且該推板在該外力作用移除後會透過該彈性元件的彈性回復力而回復原位,並壓掣在該第二壓板上。
