本实用新型为了弥补现有技术的缺陷,提供了一种能够为装修吊顶预留螺栓孔的装配式建筑楼承板支架模。

一种装配式建筑楼承板支架模,包括模板,其特征是,所述模板上表面设有扣件,所述扣件与穿过模板的螺栓连接,所述扣件上设有钢筋卡槽,所述扣件通过钢筋卡槽与钢筋桁架连接。
所述钢筋桁架为三棱柱形螺纹钢焊接件。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
使用本实用新型可以在浇筑楼承板的时候将扣件一起与混凝土凝结在一起,一体成型,在凝固后将模板拆除,原有的螺栓孔就会被留下,在进行楼房装修吊顶时可以直接利用原有的螺栓留下的孔,直接安装吊顶螺栓进行吊顶工作,因此可以简化装修工作,既可以节省人工又可以缩短装修工期。

附图为本实用新型的具体实施例。如图1至图3所示。一种装配式建筑楼承板支架模,包括模板1,模板1上表面设有扣件2,扣件2与穿过模板1的螺栓3连接,扣件2上设有钢筋卡槽21,扣件2通过钢筋卡槽21与钢筋桁架4连接;钢筋桁架4为三棱柱形螺纹钢焊接件。
在搭建时,先进行钢筋桁架4的焊接,焊接完后在钢筋桁架4上安装扣件2,钢筋桁架4与扣件2通过钢筋卡槽21连接,根据扣件2在钢筋桁架4上的安装位置在模板1上相应位置进行打孔,之后通过螺栓3将模板1与扣件2连接,完成楼承板支架模的安装。在支撑后可以用混凝土直接进行楼板浇筑,在楼板凝固成型后,卸下螺栓3和模板1即可得到成品楼板,在使用该种楼承板支架模形成的楼板在进行装修吊顶时,可以直接利用原有的螺栓孔进行吊顶工作,减少了吊顶的工作量,且在浇筑楼板时所用的模板1和螺栓3亦可重复使用,减少了生产材料的浪费。
