技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种水陆两栖车冷却系统。
背景技术
在传统汽车中通过内循环水冷进行冷却,在陆地行使能够满足需求,但是在水路行驶中由于发动机转速持续处于高转速,发动机和排气管温度快速升高,车内的内循环水冷系统便无法满足冷却要求。
实用新型内容
为了解决现有技术中的不足,提供一种散热效果好的水陆两栖车冷却系统,本实用新型提供的技术方案是:
一种水陆两栖车冷却系统,包括有内循环散热回路,还包括风冷设施和外部水冷系统,所述的外部水冷系统包括进液管、出液管、水冷套和喷淋嘴,所述的进液管的进水口开设在水陆两栖车推进装置喷水口一侧,所述的水冷套分别与进液管和出液管连通,所述的喷淋嘴设置在进液管上;所述的水冷套分别与排气管、机油管路、内循环散热回路接触进行热交换,所述的喷淋嘴与排气管相对对排气管喷淋降温。
所述的内循环散热回路包括散热器、冷却管、散热管和散热风机,所述的冷却管和散热管分别与发动机内冷却通路以及散热器管路连通,所述的散热风机正对散热器设置。
所述的风冷设施包括进风口、出风口,所述的进风口处设有过滤网,所述的出风口处设有排风扇,所述的进风口和出风口均设在车体上靠发动机一端。
采用上面的技术方案在水中行驶时推进器出口的高压水流进入进液管,使行驶水域内的冷水通过水冷套、喷淋装置对内循环散热回路、机油管路以及排气管进行降温,由于该冷却水从行驶水域中提取的水源而非循环水源,水温始终保持恒定冷却效果更好,同时通过推进器提供的动力使冷却水在管路内实现流通,不需要额外动力设备,使结构简单成本降低。

具体实施方式
如图1所示该冷却系统包括内循环散热回路、风冷设施和外部水冷系统。
内循环散热回路包括散热器2-1、冷却管2-2和散热管2-3和散热风机2-4,冷却管2-2和散热管2-3连通到发动机内的冷却管路和散热器2-1上,温度较低的冷却液通过冷却管2-2进入对发动机进行降温,之后温度升高的冷却液通过散热管2-3回流到散热器2-1内散热,散热风机2-4正对散热器2-1吹风加速散热,使通过散热器2-1的冷却液温度降低回流到冷却管2-2继续循环对发动机降温。
风冷设施包括进风口3-1和出风口3-2,进风口3-1和出风口3-2分别设置在车体两侧且位于发动机所在位置,进风口3-1位置设有过滤网3-3,出风口位置设有排风扇3-4,通过排风扇3-4工作使进风口3-1和出风口3-2形成对流从而对车体内发动机产生的热量实现通风散热。
外部水冷系统包括进液管1-1、出液管1-2、水冷套1-3和喷淋嘴1-4,进液管1-1进水口1-5开设在该车辆推进装置A喷水口一侧,该车辆在水中行驶时通过推进装置A产生强大的喷射水流实现前进,故在水中行驶中高压水流经过进水口时就会将行驶水域内的水高压注入进液管1-1,水冷套1-3连通在进液管1-1上同时与出液管1-2连通,水冷套1-3分别与内循环散热回路、机油管路C接触包覆在管路上进行热交换从而实现降温,之后降温过的水通过出液管1-2排出到行驶水域中,在进液管1-1上还设有正对排气管的喷淋嘴1-4,通过喷淋实现对排气管B直接快速的降温。由于进液管1-1内进入的水流为水域中恒温的水流,并且通过散热升温的水流又流回水域从而使得降温的水流温度永远保持在很低的温度,从而使得降温效果明显,同时配合内循环散热回路和风冷设施配合使得该水路两栖车冷却系统降温效果明显。

1.一种水陆两栖车冷却系统,包括有内循环散热回路,其特征在于:还包括风冷设施和外部水冷系统,所述的外部水冷系统包括进液管(1-1)、出液管(1-2)、水冷套(1-3)和喷淋嘴(1-4),所述的进液管(1-1)的进水口开设在水陆两栖车推进装置(A)喷水口一侧,所述的水冷套(1-3)分别与进液管(1-1)和出液管(1-2)连通,所述的喷淋嘴(1-4)设置在进液管(1-1)上;所述的水冷套(1-3)分别与排气管(B)、机油管路(C)、内循环散热回路接触进行热交换,所述的喷淋嘴(1-4)与排气管(B)相对对排气管(B)喷淋降温。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水陆两栖车冷却系统,其特征在于:所述的内循环散热回路包括散热器(2-1)、冷却管(2-2)、散热管(2-3)和散热风机(2-4),所述的冷却管(2-2)和散热管(2-3)分别与发动机内冷却通路以及散热器(2-1)管路连通,所述的散热风机(2-4)正对散热器(2-1)设置。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种水陆两栖车冷却系统,其特征在于:所述的风冷设施包括进风口(3-1)、出风口(3-2),所述的进风口(3-1)处设有过滤网(3-3),所述的出风口(3-2)处设有排风扇(3-4),所述的进风口(3-1)和出风口(3-2)均设在车体上靠发动机(D)一端。
