Abstract

本实用新型提出一种水泥板,所述水泥板用于与相应的基体快速匹配,所述水泥板包括砼体及钢筋架,所述钢筋架设置于所述砼体内部,所述砼体边缘处开设有相邻的定位孔和销孔,所述定位孔的内径从所述砼体的表面向内逐渐递减以利于插入定位柱,所述销孔用于插入一销钉以将所述水泥板固定于所述基体上。上述水泥板通过在砼体上设置定位孔,并在基体上设置与定位孔相配合的定位柱,通过定位孔的周壁与定位柱的周壁相互抵持的作用,使水泥板与基体相匹配,快速准确的完成了水泥板的精确定位,提高了工作效率及准确度。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及建筑领域,特别是一种能够快速装配的水泥板。
背景技术
楼房建设时通常需要使用大量楼板,目前楼板的制作主要有现场浇注楼板、全预制楼板及半预制楼板。全预制楼板在工厂中预先制造完成,然后运送至现场,在现场进行安装,目前全预制楼板安装采用吊装的方式,由于吊装时采用人工调控楼板的吊装位置,可能出现楼板与相应的基体之间不能完全匹配的状况,影响施工的进度及施工的质量。
实用新型内容
鉴于上述状况,有必要提供一种能够快速装配的水泥板,以解决上述问题。
一种水泥板,所述水泥板用于与相应的基体快速匹配,所述水泥板包括砼体及钢筋架,所述钢筋架设置于所述砼体内部,所述砼体边缘处开设有相邻的定位孔和销孔,所述定位孔的内径从所述砼体的表面向内逐渐递减以利于插入定位柱,所述销孔用于插入一销钉以将所述水泥板固定于所述基体上。
进一步地,所述水泥板还包括嵌板,所述嵌板固定于所述钢筋架上,所述嵌板上设有预埋定位孔和预埋销孔,所述定位孔开设于所述砼体表面并穿过所述预埋定位孔,所述销孔开设于所述砼体表面并穿过所述预埋销孔。
进一步地,所述嵌板焊接于所述钢筋架上。
进一步地,所述定位孔为圆锥台通孔,所述定位柱为与所述定位孔相匹配的圆锥状。
进一步地,所述定位孔为棱台通孔,所述定位柱为与所述定位孔相匹配的棱台状。
进一步地,所述定位孔为圆锥台盲孔,所述定位柱为与所述定位孔相匹配的圆锥状。
进一步地,所述定位孔为棱台盲孔,所述定位柱为与所述定位孔相匹配的棱台状。
进一步地,所述砼体由混凝土灌注成型。
进一步地,所述钢筋架为双向钢筋交叉焊接或捆绑形成的网状结构。
上述水泥板通过在砼体上设置定位孔,并在基体上设置与定位孔相配合的定位柱,通过定位孔的周壁与定位柱的周壁相互抵持的作用,使水泥板与基体相匹配,快速准确的完成了水泥板的精确定位,提高了工作效率及准确度。

请同时参阅图1和图2,本实用新型提供一种水泥板100。水泥板100能够与相应的基体200快速匹配。水泥板100包括砼体10、钢筋架20及销钉30。砼体10由混凝土灌注成型。钢筋架20设置于砼体10内部。砼体10边缘处开设有相邻的定位孔11和销孔12。定位孔11用于使水泥板100与基体200定位。销钉30用于插入销孔12将定位完成的水泥板100固定于基体200上。本实施例中,所述基体200为墙体,不限于此,可以理解,在其他实施例中,所述基体200也可以为路基或桥梁基架等。
砼体10根据需要可灌注成不同尺寸。砼体10可根据需要使用不同的胶凝材料,不限于水泥。
钢筋架20为双向钢筋交叉焊接或捆绑形成的网状结构。
如图1及图2所示,本实施例中,定位孔11为圆锥台通孔。基体200上有与定位孔11相匹配的圆锥台状定位柱201以与定位孔11相配合实现定位。吊装时,通过人工调整水泥板100于基体200上方,将水泥板100放于基体200上,水泥板100由于自身的重力向下运动,在定位孔11的周壁与基体200上相配合的定位柱201的周壁相互抵持的作用下,水泥板100最终被定位于基体200上。
可以理解,在其他实施例中,所述定位孔11也可为棱台状,基体200上有与其相匹配的棱台状定位柱201。本实施例中,定位孔11贯穿砼体10,可以理解,在其他实施例中,定位孔11也可为不贯穿砼体10的盲孔。
可以理解,在其他实施例中,所述销孔12及销钉30可以省略,所述水泥板100可通过浇注与所述基体200固定。
如图3所示,本实用新型另一实施例中提供一种水泥板100。水泥板100包括砼体10、钢筋架20、销钉(图未示)及嵌板40。砼体10由混凝土灌注成型。钢筋架20及嵌板40设置于砼体10内部。嵌板40焊接于钢筋架20上。嵌板40上设有预埋定位孔41和预埋销孔42。砼体10边缘处穿过预埋定位孔41和预埋销孔42开设有定位孔11和销孔12。定位孔11用于使水泥板100与基体200定位。销钉30用于插入销孔12将定位完成的水泥板100固定于基体200上。
装配时,将水泥板100吊起,人工调整水泥板100于基体200上方后,将水泥板100放下,在定位孔11的周壁与定位柱201的周壁相互抵持以及水泥板100自身重力的作用下,水泥板100被定位于基体200上,销钉30穿过销孔12设置于基体200中将水泥板100固定于基体200上,完成装配。
可以理解,在其他实施例中,所述水泥板100也可为半预制水泥板,半预制水泥板与基体精确定位后,可在其上进行浇注成型,完成装配。
上述水泥板100通过在砼体10上设置定位孔11,并在基体200上设置与定位孔11相配合的定位柱201,通过定位孔11的周壁与定位柱201的周壁相互抵持的作用,使水泥板100与基体200相匹配,快速准确的完成了水泥板100的精确定位,提高了工作效率及准确度。
另外,本领域技术人员还可在本实用新型精神内做其它变化,当然,这些依据本实用新型精神所做的变化,都应包含在本实用新型所要求保护的范围。

Claims (9)

1.一种水泥板,所述水泥板用于与相应的基体快速匹配,其特征在于:所述水泥板包括砼体及钢筋架,所述钢筋架设置于所述砼体内部,所述砼体边缘处开设有相邻的定位孔和销孔,所述定位孔的内径从所述砼体的表面向内逐渐递减以利于插入定位柱,所述销孔用于插入一销钉以将所述水泥板固定于所述基体上。
2.如权利要求1所述的水泥板,其特征在于:所述水泥板还包括嵌板,所述嵌板固定于所述钢筋架上,所述嵌板上设有预埋定位孔和预埋销孔,所述定位孔开设于所述砼体表面并穿过所述预埋定位孔,所述销孔开设于所述砼体表面并穿过所述预埋销孔。
3.如权利要求2所述的水泥板,其特征在于:所述嵌板焊接于所述钢筋架上。
4.如权利要求1所述的水泥板,其特征在于:所述定位孔为圆锥台通孔,所述定位柱为与所述定位孔相匹配的圆锥状。
5.如权利要求1所述的水泥板,其特征在于:所述定位孔为棱台通孔,所述定位柱为与所述定位孔相匹配的棱台状。
6.如权利要求1所述的水泥板,其特征在于:所述定位孔为圆锥台盲孔,所述定位柱为与所述定位孔相匹配的圆锥状。
7.如权利要求1所述的水泥板,其特征在于:所述定位孔为棱台盲孔,所述定位柱为与所述定位孔相匹配的棱台状。
8.如权利要求1所述的水泥板,其特征在于:所述砼体由混凝土灌注成型。
9.如权利要求1所述的水泥板,其特征在于:所述钢筋架为双向钢筋交叉焊接或捆绑形成的网状结构。
