Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种柔性带状物导向装置,包括基体和枢转件;基体上设置有贯穿基体前后两侧的容置槽,容置槽为穿设于其中的柔性带状物提供一抽拉通道,基体包括构成容置槽的导向件和承载件,导向件和承载件于容置槽的一端形成有与容置槽连通的导向通道,导向通道用于引导柔性带状物进出容置槽;枢转件安装在基体上导向通道与容置槽的连通处,与承载件枢转连接,关闭状态下,枢转件阻隔导向通道与容置槽的连通,枢转件受压向容置槽内侧转动,打开导向通道与容置槽的连通,压力消失后枢转件转动至关闭状态;具有上述结构的柔性带状物导向装置可快速地将待安装柔性带状物穿入基体上的容置槽内,无须专业的操作技能,而且安全可靠。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及柔性带状物固定技术领域,尤其涉及一种安全性能高的柔性带状物导向装置。
背景技术
安全带是运用在设备上的安全件,乘坐汽车、飞机等飞行器,或在高空作业与进行技艺表演时,为保障安全都需要用到安全带。随着经济的发展,汽车日渐成为普通家庭重用的交通工具,对于汽车而言,人们最为关注的是安全问题,那么为安全带自然就备受关注,一直以来,人们不断的在探索安全带的设计和安装技术,以增强安全带的安全性能,同时简化安全带的操作要求。安全带的主要原料是涤纶,丙纶,尼龙,使用时,需要通过导向件和固定铆件等零部件将安全带按照要求穿设,安全带的作用就是在车辆发生碰撞或使用紧急制动时,预紧装置就会瞬间收束,绷紧佩带时松弛的安全带,将乘员牢牢地拴在座椅上,防止发生二次碰撞,那么安全带的安全性能就不仅与安全带的耐拉扯度有关,还与固定安全带的导向件和固定铆件有关,在安全带收紧时,如果突破了导向件的束缚,将会发生严重的安全事故,因此,如何设计使得安全带的导向件更加安全可靠,而且使用方便,成为安全带技术人员不断考虑的问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种柔性带状物导向装置,以方便安全带的穿设安装,而且安全性能高。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型公开了一种柔性带状物导向装置,包括基体和枢转件;基体上设置有贯穿基体前后两侧的容置槽,容置槽为穿设于其中的柔性带状物提供一抽拉通道,基体包括构成容置槽的导向件和承载件,导向件和承载件于容置槽的一端形成有与容置槽连通的导向通道,导向通道用于引导柔性带状物进出容置槽;枢转件安装在基体上导向通道与容置槽的连通处,与承载件枢转连接,当枢转件处于关闭状态时,枢转件阻隔导向通道与容置槽的连通,当枢转件处于打开状态时,枢转件打开导向通道与容置槽的连通。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型柔性带状物导向装置包括带有容置槽的基体,该容置槽用于为穿设于其中的柔性带状物提供一抽拉通道,以限制带状物的滑动区域,容置槽上的导向件和承载件形成的导向通道的设置可方便地引导待安装带状物进入基体上的容置槽内,方便带状物的穿设;另外,对于枢转件的设置,由于关闭状态下,枢转件阻隔导向通道与容置槽的连通,这就使得安全带在使用过程中不会脱离基体,有效保证了安全带的安全性能,而且枢转件还可转动打开导向通道与容置槽的连通,安装方便,无须专业的操作技能即可完成带状物与本实用新型柔性带状物导向装置的安装工作。
较佳地,当枢转件从关闭状态枢转到打开状态时,枢转件同时沿着枢转轴的轴向方向移动,以避免与承载件之间的干涉。
较佳地,导向件靠近导向通道的一端朝向承载件弧形弯折形成导向部。
较佳地,承载件上于靠近导向通道的一端设置有阻挡部,阻挡部朝向导向部凸伸,导向通道由导向部和阻挡部之间的夹缝形成。
较佳地,阻挡部的外轮廓为弧形。
较佳地,枢转件包括安装部和从安装部一端延伸的转动部,安装部通过枢转机构与承载件枢转连接,关闭状态下,转动部与导向件抵接。
较佳地,藉由枢转机构,枢转件可由打开状态自动复位至关闭状态。
较佳地,枢转机构包括枢轴、轴孔和弹性件;枢轴设置于枢转件的安装部上;轴孔设置于承载件上,与枢轴匹配;弹性件套设在枢轴上,弹性件提供给转动部自动复位至与导向件抵接的弹性恢复力。
较佳地,弹性件为弹簧。
较佳地,轴孔的开口处设置有螺旋斜面,使得枢转件枢转时,安装部藉由螺旋斜面沿枢轴的轴向方向向远离承载件方向移动。
较佳地,轴孔的开口处设置有凸起部,枢轴上设置有与凸起部相适配的限位件,藉由凸起部和限位件的配合以限制枢转件的旋转角度。
较佳地,基体上还设置有安装件,安装件用于将柔性带状物导向装置固定在待安装物上。
较佳地,安装件包括于基体上远离容置槽开口处的一端折弯而成的安装座,和于安装座上设置的安装孔。

具体实施方式
为详细说明本实用新型的技术内容、结构特征、实现原理及所实现目的及效果,以下结合实施方式并配合附图详予说明。
本实用新型公开了一种柔性带状物导向装置,如图1和图2所示,包括基体1和枢转件2,基体1上设置有贯穿其前后两侧的容置槽12,容置槽12为穿设于其中的柔性带状物(图未示)提供一抽拉通道,即柔性带状物抽拉滑动限于容置槽12中,基体1包括构成容置槽12的导向件10和承载件11,承载件 11为柔性带状物于容置槽12中抽拉滑动提供支撑,导向件10用于引导柔性带状物由容置槽12的上部进入,导向件10和承载件11于容置槽12的一端形成有与容置槽12连通的导向通道13,导向通道13用于引导柔性带状物进出容置槽12。枢转件2安装在基体1上导向通道13与容置槽12的连通处,与承载件 11枢转连接,关闭状态下,枢转件2阻隔导向通道13与容置槽12的连通,枢转件2受压向容置槽12内侧转动,打开导向通道13与容置槽12的连通,压力消失后枢转件2转动至关闭状态。本实施例中,柔性带状物为安全带,使用时,将安全带的一侧置入导向通道13中,利用安全带的侧壁推压枢转件2,使枢转件2发生转动,打开导向通道13与容置槽12的连通,从而安全带从枢转件2 上方进入基体1上的容置槽12内,然后再将枢转件2转动至关闭状态,将容置槽12关闭,以阻挡安全带在抽拉的过程中从导向通道13脱落,由此可知,本实用新型柔性带状物导向装置不但安全性能高,而且易操作,不需要专业的操作技能即可完成安全带的安装。较佳地,当枢转件2从关闭状态枢转到打开状态时,枢转件2同时沿着枢转轴的轴向方向向外移动,以避免枢转件2与承载件11之间的干涉,从而有效保障操作顺利,避免卡顿的现象发生。
进一步地,导向件10于靠近导向通道13的一端朝向承载件11弧形弯折形成导向部100,请参阅图1至图3,导向部100朝向承载件11弧形延伸,这样形成的导向通道13呈弧形结构,便于安全带的穿入。另外,承载件11上于靠近导向通道13的一端设置有阻挡部110,阻挡部110朝向导向部延伸,导向通道13由导向部100和阻挡部110之间的夹缝形成,这样形成的导向通道13与容置槽12之间形成一折弯,使得安全带很容易进入容置槽12,即使在枢转件2失效的情况下,安全带也不容易通过导向通道13脱离基体1,从而有效增强了本实用新型柔性带状物导向装置的安全性能。本实施例中,阻挡部110的外轮廓也为弧形,这样导向通道13的两个侧壁都为弧形结构,更加提高了安全带进入容置槽12的流畅性,便于操作。
本实用新型柔性带状物导向装置的另一实施例中,如图4和图5所示,枢转件2包括安装部20和从安装部20一端延伸的转动部21,安装部20通过枢转机构与承载件11枢转连接,常态下,转动部21呈关闭状态,此时,转动部21 与导向件10抵接,以关闭导向通道13与容置槽12之间的连通通道。进一步地,藉由枢转机构,转动部21可由打开状态自动复位至关闭状态,即当安全带进入容置槽12后,转动部21自动复位,关闭容置槽12与导向通道13之间的连通通道。具体地,枢转机构包括枢轴22、轴孔23和弹性件24。枢轴22设置于枢转件2的安装部20上,轴孔23设置于承载件11上,与枢轴22匹配,本实施例中,轴孔23位于承载件11的阻挡部110上。安装时,将弹性件24套设在枢轴22上,弹性件24提供给转动部21自动复位至与导向件10抵接的弹性恢复力,将安装部20上的枢轴22对准阻挡部110上的轴孔23插入,然后使用螺钉 26将枢轴22固定。当安全带由导向通道13到达枢转件2处时,安全带的侧壁推压枢转件2上的转动部21,使得枢转件2以枢轴22为中心向容置槽12的内侧转动,从而打开容置槽12与导向通道13的连通,当安全带进入容置槽12后,枢转件2在弹性件24的弹性恢复力下转动至关闭状态,即枢转件2自动复位到关闭状态,将安全带封闭在容置槽12内。较佳地,本实施例中,弹性件24为弹簧。
本实用新型柔性带状物导向装置的另一实施例中,轴孔23的开口处设置有螺旋斜面230,请再次参阅图4,当安装枢转件2时,枢轴22螺旋顺时针旋转进入轴孔23中,由于轴孔23的开口处设为螺旋斜面230,当枢轴22逆时针转动时,枢轴22会沿着螺旋面远离轴孔23一定距离,从而可避免枢转件2枢转到一定的角度后转动部21与承载件11产生干涉,影响枢转件2的操作。
较佳地,为了避免枢转件2的过度旋转从而造成弹性件24损坏,本实施例中,如图4和图5所示,轴孔23的开口处设置有凸起部25,枢轴22上设置有与凸起部25相适配的限位件220,藉由凸起部25和限位件220的配合以限制枢转件2的旋转角度,当枢转件2转动到一定角度时,枢轴22上的限位件220转动至轴孔23的凸起部25位置,凸起部25阻挡限位件220的进一步转动,进而阻挡枢转件2的进一步转动,从而保护弹性件24因转动件的过度转动而丧失弹性恢复力。
为了便于本实用新型柔性带状物导向装置的安装,如图1和图6所示,基体1上还设置有安装件,安装件用于将柔性带状物导向装置固定在汽车座椅3 的扶手下。具体地,安装件包括于基体1上远离容置槽12开口处的一端折弯而成的安装座140,和于安装座140上设置的安装孔141,安装时,将螺栓穿入安装孔141与汽车座椅3扶手架固定即可。
以上所揭露的仅为本实用新型的较佳实例而已,当然不能以此来限定本实用新型之权利范围,因此依本实用新型申请专利范围所作的等同变化,仍属于本实用新型所涵盖的范围。
Claims (13)
1.一种柔性带状物导向装置,其特征在于,包括:
基体,其上设置有贯穿所述基体前后两侧的容置槽,所述容置槽为穿设于其中的柔性带状物提供一抽拉通道,所述基体包括构成所述容置槽的导向件和承载件,所述导向件和所述承载件于所述容置槽的一端形成有与所述容置槽连通的导向通道,所述导向通道用于引导所述柔性带状物进出所述容置槽;
枢转件,其安装在所述导向通道与所述容置槽的连通处,与所述承载件枢转连接,当所述枢转件处于关闭状态时,所述枢转件阻隔所述导向通道与所述容置槽的连通,当所述枢转件处于打开状态时,所述枢转件打开所述导向通道与所述容置槽的连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的柔性带状物导向装置,其特征在于,当所述枢转件从所述关闭状态枢转到所述打开状态时,所述枢转件同时沿着枢转轴的轴向方向移动,以避免与所述承载件之间的干涉。
3.根据权利要求1所述的柔性带状物导向装置,其特征在于,所述导向件靠近所述导向通道的一端朝向所述承载件弧形弯折形成导向部。
4.根据权利要求3所述的柔性带状物导向装置,其特征在于,所述承载件上于靠近所述导向通道的一端设置有阻挡部,所述阻挡部朝向所述导向部凸伸,所述导向通道由所述导向部和所述阻挡部之间的夹缝形成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的柔性带状物导向装置,其特征在于,所述阻挡部的外轮廓为弧形。
6.根据权利要求1所述的柔性带状物导向装置,其特征在于,所述枢转件包括安装部和从所述安装部一端延伸的转动部,所述安装部通过枢转机构与所述承载件枢转连接,关闭状态下,所述转动部与所述导向件抵接。
7.根据权利要求6所述的柔性带状物导向装置,其特征在于,藉由所述枢转机构,所述枢转件可由打开状态自动复位至关闭状态。
8.根据权利要求7所述的柔性带状物导向装置,其特征在于,所述枢转机构包括:
枢轴,其设置于所述枢转件的安装部上;
轴孔,其设置于所述承载件上,与所述枢轴匹配;
弹性件,其套设在所述枢轴上,所述弹性件提供给所述转动部自动复位至与所述导向件抵接的弹性恢复力。
9.根据权利要求8所述的柔性带状物导向装置,其特征在于,所述弹性件为弹簧。
10.根据权利要求8所述的柔性带状物导向装置,其特征在于,所述轴孔的开口处设置有螺旋斜面,使得所述枢转件枢转时,所述安装部藉由所述螺旋斜面沿所述枢轴的轴向方向向远离所述承载件方向移动。
11.根据权利要求8所述的柔性带状物导向装置,其特征在于,所述轴孔的开口处设置有凸起部,所述枢轴上设置有与所述凸起部相适配的限位件,藉由所述凸起部和所述限位件的配合以限制所述枢转件的旋转角度。
12.根据权利要求1所述的柔性带状物导向装置,其特征在于,所述基体上还设置有安装件,所述安装件用于将所述柔性带状物导向装置固定在待安装物上。
