[0027]本实用新型的工作原理及使用流程:通过轴承在运输的过程中落入橡胶限位料斗 3内部,并由橡胶限位料斗3限制轴承的活动范围,从而将轴承合理有序的运送到合适的位 置,通过螺柱12贯穿橡胶输送带2内部,且螺柱12的位置与传动带3两侧螺栓孔14的位置相 对应,将螺柱2通过螺栓孔14并穿过橡胶输送带2内部后,将螺柱12两端由螺母11固定,达到 便于使用者拆卸清理橡胶输送带2的目的。
[0028]将螺柱12通过传动带13两侧的螺栓孔14并贯穿橡胶输送带2内部后,将螺柱12两 端由螺母11固定,然后将轴承生产用输送装置安装到合适的位置,打开开关,通过伺服电机 8转轴7的工作带动主轮6旋转,并通过传动皮带5使得输送轴4旋转,从而使得橡胶输送带2 运动,将生产出来的轴承安置于橡胶限位料斗3内部后,通过橡胶输送带2的运送,将轴承运 送到合适的位置,需要清理橡胶输送带2时,将螺母11卸下,并将螺柱12抽出即可。

1.一种轴承生产用输送装置,包括橡胶输送带(2),其特征在于:所述橡胶输送带(2)的 两侧设有输送机挡板(1),所述输送机挡板(1)的底部通过螺栓连接设有输送机支架(10), 且所述输送机支架(10)共四个,分别位于所述输送机挡板(1)的底部四角,所述橡胶输送带 (2) 的表面设有一体式结构的橡胶限位料斗(3),且所述橡胶输送带(2)侧面设有贯穿其内 部的螺柱(12),且所述螺柱(12)的两端通过螺纹卡合的方式设有螺母(11),所述橡胶输送 带(2)的底部通过螺栓固定设有传动带(I3),且所述传动带(13)两侧设有与所述螺柱(12) 位置相对应的螺栓孔(14),所述橡胶输送带(2)的一端内部设有输送轴(4),且所述输送轴 ⑷伸出所述橡胶输送带⑵内部的一端外部设有传动皮带仿),且所述输送轴⑷下方通过 所述传动皮带⑸设有主轮(6),所述主轮(6)中心通过螺栓连接设有转轴(7),且所述转轴 (7)背离所述主轮(6)的一端设有伺服电机(8),所述伺服电机(8)底部设有伺服电机支座 ⑼。

4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种轴承生产用输送装置,其特征在于:所述螺柱(12)的外径 比其所贯穿所述橡胶输送带(2)的孔洞内径小一毫米。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种轴承生产用输送装置,其特征在于:所述螺栓孔(14)的内 径与所述螺柱(12)的外径相同,且所述螺母(11)的内径与所述螺柱(12)的外径相同。
6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种轴承生产用输送装置,其特征在于:所述橡胶输送带(2) 由螺栓固定与所述传动带(13)凹槽内,且所述橡胶输送带(2)可拆分为独立的个体。
