背景技术
电机外框内直接灌注PU轮胎形成一体，外胎由于经常在地面摩擦，时间长导致软胶会有严重磨损，如果需要更换则需要将整个车全部拆开更换电机；这样很浪费时间和电机物料。通过我们对产品的结构改进，只需要把缓冲胎固定螺丝先松开，拔出缓冲外胎即可更换。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种可更换外胎的电机，提高电机的利用率，是通过如下技术方案实现的。
一种可更换缓冲外胎的电机，包括电机、用于缓冲减震的外胎；所述外胎包括灌注在外胎支架上的PU层，并形成一体，所述外胎与电机连接固定，用于在电机上随时替换新外胎。
优选的，外胎支架的侧面通过螺丝固定在电机侧面。
本实用新型的有益效果是：对电机不会构成磨损；电机的循环使用，不浪费材料；产品行车磨损后可以方便更换外胎；方便拆卸包括电机的维修。

一种可更换缓冲外胎的电机，电机主要用于平衡车、玩具车等领域，包括电机10，电机10通过电机固定螺丝50固定在轴上、外胎包括灌注在外胎支架20上的PU层30，并形成一体，外胎支架的表面加工成一种糙面，用于注入PU层时，与PU层充分融合，防止PU层脱胶，影响其使用，所述外胎与电机连接固定，用于在电机上随时替换新外胎。
将电机装入外胎支架内，通过电机和外胎通过螺丝40固定，如外胎磨损严重时，可更换外胎实现延长产品寿命的优势。
PU层30可以替换成橡胶层或者其他同等功能的塑料层。
因此，该实用新型对电机有保护作用，具有该电机的产品在行车过程中不会对电机磨损；另外，通过外胎半包覆电机，具有一定的密封性，可有效防止灰尘砂砾进入电机中，造成电机磨损，螺丝固定也具有装配时间短及随意更换的特点，一般用户即可操作，使维护成本降低。

1.一种可更换缓冲外胎的电机，包括电机、用于缓冲减震的外胎；所述外胎包括灌注在外胎支架上的PU层，并形成一体，所述外胎与电机连接固定，用于在电机上随时替换新外胎；外胎支架的侧面通过螺丝固定在电机侧面，外胎半包覆所述电机。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电机，其特征在于，外胎支架的表面设置糙面，用于灌注PU层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电机，其特征在于，所述PU层由橡胶层替换。
