技术领域
本实用新型属于北方大棚冬季取暖设备,特别涉及一种以秸秆颗粒为燃料的大棚用热风炉。
背景技术
北方冬季大棚必须使用采暖设备向大棚内供应热量以保证植物生长所需要的温度,目前北方大棚冬季采暖有多种形式,如设立煤火炉,设置火炕、火墙,热水暖气等,这些方法热交换效率低,燃料成本高,污染环境,浪费能源。另外,北方秋收后的玉米秸秆在国家政策的支持下被大量加工成秸秆颗粒,这些秸秆颗粒难以长时间保存,急需尽快就地就近消耗。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种以秸秆颗粒为燃料的大棚用燃秸秆颗粒热风炉,以克服现有技术的不足,满足大棚冬季供热需求。本实用新型的技术方案如附图所示,大棚燃秸秆颗粒热风炉,包括一个立式炉体外罩,炉体的下部设置炉排和炉膛,炉体内下部设置有卧式热交换管,其特征在于,炉体外罩内设置一个与炉体外罩相对应的炉体内罩,炉体外罩与炉体内罩之间形成空气加热夹层,空气加热夹层上方为进气道,在炉体内罩内、卧式热交换管的上方设置有多个立式热量交换管,立式热量交换管与烟道连通,多个立式热量交换管外壁之间形成空气加热腔,空气加热腔与空气加热夹层连通,在炉体外罩的上方安装有风机,风机的出风口与空气加热夹层连通,在炉体外罩的下部有热风出口。
本实用新型的工作原理如下:大棚内的冷空气在风机的作用下由空气加热夹层上方进气道进入热空气加热夹层,冷空气在炉内与立式热交换管和卧式热交换管进行热量交换后成为热空气,从热风出口排到大棚内。
本实用新型结构相对简单,操作方便,具有燃烧成本低、减少环境污染、热效率高等优点。本实用新型以秸秆颗粒为燃料,燃料来源充足,运输成本低,同时为大量的秸秆颗粒找到了出路。

具体实施方式
炉体外罩3为立式圆柱形,与炉体内罩5也为相对应的圆柱形,炉体内罩5上端与烟道1连接。炉体外罩3与炉体内罩5之间形成空气加热夹层12,空气加热夹层12上方为环形进气道。在炉体内罩5内、卧式热交换管6的上方竖直设置有多个立式热量交换管4,立式热量交换管4与烟道1连通,多个立式热量交换管外壁之间形成空气加热腔13,空气加热腔13与空气加热夹层12连通,在炉体外罩3的上方安装有风机2,风机2进风口与环形进气道连通,风机2的出风口与空气加热夹层12连通。在炉体外罩3的下部有热风出口11,通过管道将热风送到大棚内。炉膛内炉排10的上方设置分料塔7,炉体下端安装有风阀8。
