Abstract

本发明涉及一种农用小型生物质热风炉,其组成包括热风炉本体(1)、螺旋板换热器(2)和底座(3),热风炉本体和螺旋板换热器通过烟气入口(4)连接。热风炉本体由炉膛(5)和集灰斗(6)组成;炉膛与集灰斗之间设有炉篦子(7);炉膛内设有多块倾斜挡烟板(8);炉膛右侧面开设贯穿螺旋板换热器的方形进料通道(9);集灰斗右侧面开设有贯穿螺旋板换热器的方形除灰通道(10)。螺旋板换热器左侧下部开设空气入口(11)和烟气出口(12),顶部开设空气出口(13)。本发明提供的一种农用小型生物质热风炉,能够有效地利用农村大量的生物质秸秆原料,为农业生产提供热风,减少秸秆焚烧造成的环境污染。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种农用小型生物质热风炉。
背景技术
目前大棚种植,粮食、种子等农副产品干燥,特种养殖业等均需要热风供给,同时在农业生产中农村田间大量的秸秆焚烧,不仅污染了环境,而且浪费了大量的生物质能源。
近年来,秸秆焚烧产生的环境问题和日益严重的能源紧缺问题促使生物质锅炉得到了国家的高度重视,开发高效率的生物质锅炉具有重要的现实意义和良好的应用前景。
发明内容
本发明涉及一种农用小型生物质热风炉。
本发明是这样实现的:
本发明涉及一种农用小型生物质热风炉,其组成包括热风炉本体( 1 )、螺旋板换热器( 2 )和底座( 3 ),其特征是:热风炉本体和螺旋板换热器通过烟气入口( 4 )连接。所述的热风炉本体由炉膛( 5 )和集灰斗( 6 )组成;所述的炉膛与集灰斗之间设有炉篦子( 7 );所述的炉膛内设有多块倾斜挡烟板( 8 );所述的炉膛右侧面开设方形进料通道( 9) ,所述的方形进料通道贯穿螺旋板换热器;所述的集灰斗右侧面开设有方形除灰通道( 10 ),所述的方形除灰通道贯穿螺旋板换热器。所述的螺旋板换热器左侧下部开设空气入口( 11 )和烟气出口( 12 );所述的螺旋板换热器顶部开设空气出口( 13 )。
通过方形进料通道进入炉膛内的燃料在炉篦子上燃烧,产生的高温烟气经过倾斜挡烟板、烟气入口进入螺旋板换热器,螺旋流动并不断与进入螺旋板换热器夹套内的空气进行热交换,最后从下部的烟气出口流出。从空气入口进入螺旋板换热器的空气与高温烟气发生热交换后,温度升高最后从螺旋板换热器的顶部空气出口流出。
有益效果:
本发明提供一种农用小型生物质热风炉,能够有效地利用农村大量的生物质秸秆原料,高效地为农业生产提供热风,提高生产效率,提高生物质原料有效利用率,减少环境污染,保护环境。

本发明涉及一种农用小型生物质热风炉,其组成包括热风炉本体( 1 )、螺旋板换热器( 2 )和底座( 3 ),其特征是:热风炉本体和螺旋板换热器通过烟气入口( 4 )连接。所述的热风炉本体由炉膛( 5 )和集灰斗( 6 )组成;所述的炉膛与集灰斗之间设有炉篦子( 7 );所述的炉膛内设有多块倾斜挡烟板( 8 );所述的炉膛右侧面开设方形进料通道( 9) ,所述的方形进料通道贯穿螺旋板换热器;所述的集灰斗右侧面开设有方形除灰通道( 10 ),所述的方形除灰通道贯穿螺旋板换热器。所述的螺旋板换热器左侧下部开设空气入口( 11 )和烟气出口( 12 );所述的螺旋板换热器顶部开设空气出口( 13 )。
实施例 2
通过方形进料通道进入炉膛内的燃料在炉篦子上燃烧,产生的高温烟气经过倾斜挡烟板、烟气入口进入螺旋板换热器,螺旋流动并不断与进入螺旋板换热器夹套内的空气进行热交换,最后从下部的烟气出口流出。从空气入口进入螺旋板换热器的空气与高温烟气发生热交换后,温度升高最后从螺旋板换热器的顶部空气出口流出。

1.一种农用小型生物质热风炉,其组成包括热风炉本体(1)、螺旋板换热器(2)和底座(3),其特征是:热风炉本体和螺旋板换热器通过烟气入口(4)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的热风炉本体由炉膛(5)和集灰斗(6)组成;所述的炉膛与集灰斗之间设有炉篦子(7);所述的炉膛内设有多块倾斜挡烟板(8);所述的炉膛右侧面开设方形进料通道(9),所述的方形进料通道贯穿螺旋板换热器;所述的集灰斗右侧面开设有方形除灰通道(10),所述的方形除灰通道贯穿螺旋板换热器。
3.根据权利要求1所述的螺旋板换热器左侧下部开设空气入口(11)和烟气出口(12);所述的螺旋板换热器顶部开设空气出口(13)。
