本实用新型公开了一种核电站用控制电缆,包括有截面为沙漏型的空心骨架,在空心骨架内部中心位置处设有线芯一,在线芯一的两侧分别设有线芯二和聚氨酯弹性棒,在空心骨架的外侧依次包覆有尼龙丝与涤纶丝混合编织层、耐高温陶瓷纤维绕包层、防水帆布绕包层和辐照交联无卤聚烯烃外护套层,在尼龙丝与涤纶丝混合编织层与空心骨架之间设有多个线芯三,在耐高温陶瓷纤维绕包层与防水帆布绕包层之间填充有非吸湿性无卤阻燃填充层。本实用新型使用了沙漏型的空心骨架,不仅增加了电缆的强度和抗压性能,而且很好的保护了其内部的线芯,延长了使用寿命,增加了电缆的防水性能和耐高温性能。

所述的线芯一包括有导体一以及依次包覆在导体一外侧的辐照交联无卤聚烯烃绝缘层和镀锡钢丝编织屏蔽层。
所述的线芯二包括有导体二以及依次包覆在导体二外侧的聚酰亚胺绝缘层。
所述的线芯三包括有导体三以及依次包覆在导体三外侧的氟树脂绝缘层和玻璃纤维网格布绕包层。

如图1所示,一种核电站用控制电缆,包括有截面为沙漏型的空心骨架1,在空心骨架1内部中心位置处设有线芯一,在线芯一的两侧分别设有线芯二和聚氨酯弹性棒2,在空心骨架1的外侧依次包覆有尼龙丝与涤纶丝混合编织层3、耐高温陶瓷纤维绕包层4、防水帆布绕包层5和辐照交联无卤聚烯烃外护套层6,在尼龙丝与涤纶丝混合编织层3与空心骨架1之间设有多个线芯三,在耐高温陶瓷纤维绕包层4与防水帆布绕包层5之间填充有非吸湿性无卤阻燃填充层。
所述的线芯一包括有导体一7以及依次包覆在导体一7外侧的辐照交联无卤聚烯烃绝缘层8和镀锡钢丝编织屏蔽层9。
所述的线芯二包括有导体二10以及依次包覆在导体二10外侧的聚酰亚胺绝缘层11。
所述的线芯三包括有导体三12以及依次包覆在导体三12外侧的氟树脂绝缘层13和玻璃纤维网格布绕包层14。

1.一种核电站用控制电缆,其特征在于:包括有截面为沙漏型的空心骨架,在空心骨架内部中心位置处设有线芯一,在线芯一的两侧分别设有线芯二和聚氨酯弹性棒,在空心骨架的外侧依次包覆有尼龙丝与涤纶丝混合编织层、耐高温陶瓷纤维绕包层、防水帆布绕包层和辐照交联无卤聚烯烃外护套层,在尼龙丝与涤纶丝混合编织层与空心骨架之间设有多个线芯三,在耐高温陶瓷纤维绕包层与防水帆布绕包层之间填充有非吸湿性无卤阻燃填充层。
