本实用新型公开了一种海上核电站用电缆,包括有截面为沙漏型的空心骨架,在空心骨架内部中心位置处设有线芯一,在线芯一的两侧分别设有线芯二,在空心骨架的外侧依次包覆有耐高温薄膜绕包层、玻璃纤维网格布内衬层、阻水膏填充层和辐照交联无卤聚烯烃外护套层。本实用新型增加了沙漏型骨架,增强了电缆的强度,抗压能力强,耐高温,防水效果好。

背景技术
目前,海上核电站所用的设备的自主化和国产化程度仍然很低,而核电站建设的质量和安全又是公众最普遍关心的问题,因此在研发制造海上核电站用的电缆应该顺应核电站的发展趋势,保证安全实用,现有的此类的电缆强度不够大,容易折断损坏。

本实用新型目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种海上核电站用电缆。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种海上核电站用电缆,包括有截面为沙漏型的空心骨架,在空心骨架内部中心位置处设有线芯一,在线芯一的两侧分别设有线芯二,在空心骨架的外侧依次包覆有耐高温薄膜绕包层、玻璃纤维网格布内衬层、阻水膏填充层和辐照交联无卤聚烯烃外护套层。
所述的线芯一包括有导体一以及依次包覆在导体一外侧的辐照交联无卤聚烯烃内绝缘层、镀锡钢丝编织屏蔽层和辐照交联无卤聚烯烃阻燃外绝缘层。
所述的线芯二包括有导体二以及依次包覆在导体二外侧的氟树脂绝缘层和硅酸铝纤维编织层。
在空心骨架与耐高温薄膜绕包层之间还设有钢丝绳和圆形聚酯材料撕裂绳。
本实用新型的优点是:本实用新型增加了沙漏型骨架,增强了电缆的强度,抗压能力强,耐高温,防水效果好。

如图1所示,一种海上核电站用电缆,包括有截面为沙漏型的空心骨架1,在空心骨架1内部中心位置处设有线芯一,在线芯一的两侧分别设有线芯二,在空心骨架1的外侧依次包覆有耐高温薄膜绕包层2、玻璃纤维网格布内衬层3、阻水膏填充层4和辐照交联无卤聚烯烃外护套层5。
所述的线芯一包括有导体一6以及依次包覆在导体一6外侧的辐照交联无卤聚烯烃内绝缘层7、镀锡钢丝编织屏蔽层8和辐照交联无卤聚烯烃阻燃外绝缘层9。
所述的线芯二包括有导体二10以及依次包覆在导体二10外侧的氟树脂绝缘层11和硅酸铝纤维编织层12。
在空心骨架1与耐高温薄膜绕包层2之间还设有钢丝绳13和圆形聚酯材料撕裂绳14。

1.一种海上核电站用电缆,其特征在于:包括有截面为沙漏型的空心骨架,在空心骨架内部中心位置处设有线芯一,在线芯一的两侧分别设有线芯二,在空心骨架的外侧依次包覆有耐高温薄膜绕包层、玻璃纤维网格布内衬层、阻水膏填充层和辐照交联无卤聚烯烃外护套层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种海上核电站用电缆,其特征在于:所述的线芯一包括有导体一以及依次包覆在导体一外侧的辐照交联无卤聚烯烃内绝缘层、镀锡钢丝编织屏蔽层和辐照交联无卤聚烯烃阻燃外绝缘层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种海上核电站用电缆,其特征在于:所述的线芯二包括有导体二以及依次包覆在导体二外侧的氟树脂绝缘层和硅酸铝纤维编织层。
