本实用新型的目的是设计出一种软木片材收料装置。
本实用新型要解决的是现有把成卷的软木分切成对应尺寸的软木片，再落到收料台收料时，通常存在收料速度慢的问题。
为实现本实用新型的目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：它包括收料底架、升降器和收料平台，所述的收料底架上设有升降器，所述的收料平台与升降器连接，所述的升降器包括立柱、移动臂、升降链、上链轮、下链轮、减速电机、传动链、传动轴，所述的立柱有二根，对称设于收料底架的二侧，在二根立柱之间设有一移动臂，所述的移动臂上部与升降链的上端部连接，所述的该升降链在分别先后绕过设于立柱顶部的上链轮和设于传动轴一端的下链轮后，其下端与移动臂的下部连接，所述的下链轮有二个，分别设于传动轴的二端，所述的减速电机通过传动链与下链轮连接。
本实用新型的优点是：本实用新型收前道工序裁切后的软木片料，速度快，自动化程度高。

如图所示，本实用新型包括收料底架7、升降器和收料平台6。所述的收料底架7上设有升降器，所述的收料平台6与升降器连接。
所述的升降器包括立柱4、立柱8、移动臂5、升降链1、上链轮2、下链轮11、减速电机12、传动链10、传动轴9。所述的立柱4、立柱8对称设于收料底架7的二侧，其中的一根立柱4设于收料底架7后侧，另一根8A设于收料底架7的前侧。在立柱4、立柱8之间设有一移动臂5，所述的移动臂5上部与升降链1的上端部连接。所述的该升降链1在分别先后绕过设于立柱4顶部的上链轮2和设于传动轴9一端的下链轮11后，其下端与移动臂5的下部连接。所述的下链轮有二个，其中的一个下链轮11设于传动轴9的里端，另一个下链轮(图上未看到)设于传动轴9的外端。在立柱8上同样设有升降链、上链轮、下链轮，它们的位置和连接方式与立柱4相同。所述的减速电机12通过传动链10与立柱8的下链轮连接，立柱8的下链轮带动传动轴9转动。
本实用新型的工作原理是：裁断后的软木片落在收料平台6上后，启动减速电机12，收料平台6下移，把成品的软木片料取出。

1.一种软木片材收料装置，包括收料底架、升降器和收料平台，其特征在于所述的收料底架上设有升降器，所述的收料平台与升降器连接，所述的升降器包括立柱、移动臂、升降链、上链轮、下链轮、减速电机、传动链、传动轴，所述的立柱有二根，对称设于收料底架的二侧，在二根立柱之间设有一移动臂，所述的移动臂上部与升降链的上端部连接，所述的该升降链在分别先后绕过设于立柱顶部的上链轮和设于传动轴一端的下链轮后，其下端与移动臂的下部连接，所述的下链轮有二个，分别设于传动轴的二端，所述的减速电机通过传动链与下链轮连接。
