本实用新型涉及一种材料加工领域，特别是涉及一种用于油底壳生产成型的可调式模具架。
背景技术
油底壳等冲压成型的产品，生产时需通过模具架将模具固定在冲床上，然后对板材进行冲压。由于产品型号不同，因此模具有大有小，相应的模具架也要有不同的大小与模具相匹配。现有的模具架均为固定的大小，只能用于生产一个型号的产品，当生产其它型号的产品时，必需更换模具架，这样就需要配备多种大小各异的模具架，若产品的量不大时，会导致模具架的浪费和产品成本的增加。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足，提供一种可进行调解的模具架。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用以下技术方案：一种可调节模具架，包括左侧板、前挡板、右侧板和后挡板，所述左侧板、前挡板、右侧板、后挡板依次连接成矩形框架，其特征在于：所述左侧板、前挡板、右侧板、后挡板上均开设有滑槽，所述左侧板、前挡板、右侧板、后挡板上依次连接处均设有与滑槽相匹配的滑轴，所述滑轴卡在滑槽内并可在滑槽内滑动，所述滑轴穿过滑槽的一头设有可固定滑轴位置的固定件。
所述固定件为固定螺母。
本实用新型通过移动左侧板、前挡板、右侧板和后挡板的位置，调节好模具架的大小，再通过固定螺母将滑轴固定在滑槽内，防止位移，使得模具架适用于不同大小的模具。

参照附图，该可调节模具架，包括左侧板1、前挡板2、右侧板3和后挡板4，所述左侧板1、前挡板2、右侧板3、后挡板4依次连接成矩形框架，所述左侧板1、前挡板2、右侧板3、后挡板4上均开设有滑槽5，所述滑槽5的长短可根据需要配合的模具的大小而定，所述左侧板1、前挡板2、右侧板3、后挡板4上依次连接处均设有与滑槽相匹配的滑轴，所述滑轴卡在滑槽内并可在滑槽内滑动，即左侧板1上的滑轴放置在后挡板4的滑槽内，所述后挡板4的滑轴放置在右侧板3的滑槽内，所述右侧板3的滑轴放置在前挡板2的滑槽内， 所述前挡板2的滑轴放置在左侧板1的滑槽内，所述滑轴穿过滑槽的一头设有可固定滑轴位置的固定件，所述固定件为固定螺母，即滑轴设置在滑槽内，且穿过滑槽，在滑轴的另一头上设有固定螺母，通过固定螺母的松开与拧紧，固定滑轴的位置。
使用时，松开固定螺母，移动左侧板1、前挡板2、右侧板3、后挡板4，将其调整至所需大小的位置，然后拧紧固定螺母，将滑轴卡在滑槽内，使各个板之间紧密连接，不会发生移动，从而适用于各种型号大小的模具。
