Abstract

一种新型钢包烘烤装置,具有重量轻、加热效果 好、可直接回收并利用余热、使用寿命长等特点。它 采用了旋转喷射式多层火焰烧嘴和双层热交换式钢 包盖,火焰长度在2米以上且铺展面大,包盖的耐火 层为轻质石棉耐火材料,连续使用寿命在6个月以 上。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种钢水包预热装置,特别适用于用气体燃料对各种空钢水包内衬的加热。具有可直接回收并利用能源、火焰温度高且铺展性好、设备使用寿命长等特点。
炼钢生产中,为了提高钢水包内衬温度,实现红包出钢,保证钢水温度和质量,需将空钢水包内衬进行加热。特别是炉后配有精炼设施和连铸的厂家,钢水包加热尤显重要。目前,钢水包加热的设备种类较多,但大都以气体燃料加热法为主。本实用新型做出之前,常用的气体燃料加热法是:将可燃气体和助燃气体引入包内进行简单的燃烧。其包盖为钢结构外皮,内拍帖不定型耐火材料,这种包盖受高温后极易变型,耐火材料也将很快脱落,整个设备使用寿命短,维修和更换工作量大。针对上述情况,本实用新型提出一种带有旋转火焰烧嘴、热交换包盖等钢水包预热装置,不但解决了上述问题,而且可直接回收并利用余热。
本实用新型的钢水包预热装置如图所示,图1示出了由包盖旋转升降机构(1)、气体管路系统(2)、旋转火焰烧嘴(3)、热交换包盖(4)等组成的装置总体。图2给出了旋转火焰烧嘴(3)的详细结构,而图3是热交换包盖(4)的详细结构。本实用新型的旋转火焰烧嘴(3)由三层套管组成,各层管的直径可视具体情况而定,其中最内层管(5)为冷空气喷射管,用它喷出的高压空气除助燃外,更主要的是用来组织火焰,拉大火焰长度;中间套管(6)是可燃气体;最外层套管(7)是经包盖预热后的助燃热空气管。在(6)和(7)间的热空气套管间装有叶片旋流器(8),具有一定压力的热空气经旋流器后呈旋转状喷出,它即可混合可燃与助燃气体实现充分燃烧,又能扩张火焰的辅展面,达到钢包内衬均匀加热的目的。本实用新型的热交换钢包盖(4)即可保持包内的燃烧气氛和温度,又能预热助燃气体。这种钢包盖为上下两层,上层为密闭的热交换空腔(10),腔内设助燃气体环管(9),冷空气通过带孔的环管(9)喷入热空腔(10)内,预热后的空气经收集管(11)后送入烧嘴(3),即起到了预热作用又可冷却包盖,直接回收并利用了能源。包盖的下层为隔热耐火层,在钢质壳体内焊上环形带孔的檩条(13),置入轻质石棉耐火材料后再用固定串钉(14)串紧固牢,它不但减轻了包盖的重量,而且耐火材料不易脱落,从而提高了使用寿命。
本实用新型的钢水包预热装置在实施例中,空气预热温度可达300℃,烧嘴及包盖的连续使用时间在6个月以上。

Claims (5)

1、一种由升降架(1)、管路系统(2)、烧嘴(3)、包盖(4)组成的钢水包预热装置,其特征在于烧嘴(3)为多层套管式且有螺旋导流片。包盖(4)为双层热交换式包盖。
2、根据权利要求1所述的钢水包预热装置,其特征在于烧嘴(3)由三套管组成,且在外层管上装有螺旋导流片。
3、根据权利要求1所述的钢水包预热装置,其特征在于包盖(4)由热交换层和耐火层两层构成,且热交换层空腔(10)内装有带孔的环管(9),环管(9)与冷空气管道(12)连通。
4、根据权利要求1或权利要求3所述的钢水包预热装置,其特征在于包盖(4)的耐火层上焊有带孔的檩条(13),檩条(13)上穿有固定穿钉(14)。
5、根据权利要求1或3所述的钢水包预热装置,其特征在于包盖(4)的耐火层采用轻质石棉耐火材料,且用檩条(13)和穿钉(14)来固定。
