[0023]套接圆环11内壁上位于进气口过滤层12外侧设置有橡胶密封-13,T形过滤管9上 的进气口过滤层12共设置有三个,且T形过滤管9内部位于进气口过滤层12两两之间设置有 单向控制阀2,出气管5两两之间填充有热传导层6,回转蝶阀7上的转动杆与T形过滤管9处 设置有密封垫圈8,活性炭过滤层4与T形过滤管9交汇处设置有弹性伸缩垫圈3。
[0024] 单向控制阀2可控制不同的进气口过滤层12连接进气管时废气的流向,弹性伸缩 垫圈3可使得活性炭过程层4中过滤的气体均会从出气管5中排出,热传导层6可将废气中的 余热进行输送,从而对于余热进行回收利用,套接圆环11用于限制进气管1〇在T形过滤管9 上的位置,橡胶密封垫I3在进气管10连接在T形过滤管9上时,使得废气均会进入进气口过 滤层12中,套接圆环11使用两个半圆环通过转动轴和卡块连接构成,卡块上通过楼检进行 固定,使得该套接圆环11可以进行拆卸,在移动位置时,操作更加简单方便。
[0025]工作原理:使用时,将废气通入进气管1 〇中,进气口过滤层12即会对于废气进行第 一步过滤处理,处理后的废气会进入到T形过滤管9的水平管中,通过活性炭过滤层4进行第 二步过滤处理,过滤后的气体从出气管5中排出即可,当需要对于T形过滤管9的内部进行清 理时,可上下调节进气管10位于其它进气口过滤层12上,开启T形过滤管9上相对应的单向 控制阀,即可对于进气口过滤层I2进行清理,选择性关闭T形过滤管9中的一个回转蝶阀7, 使得废气从一侧活性炭过滤层4排出,即可清理关闭侧T形过滤管9内部的灰尘。

1.一种上下可调的废气简易过滤环保装置,包括活性炭过滤层(4)、出气管(5)、T形过 滤管⑼和进气管(10),其特征在于,所述T形过滤管⑼的竖直管顶部设置有密封盖板(1), 所述T形过滤管(9)的竖直管管体上设置有进气口过滤层(12),所述T形过滤管的竖直管 上与位于进气口过滤层(12)位置处套接有套接圆环(11),所述套接圆环(u)上连通有进气 管(10),所述T形过滤管(9)的水平管内部对称设置有活性炭过滤层(4),且活性炭过滤层 (4)上的外侧壁上对称焊接有出气管(¾,所述T形过滤管(9)的水平管内部位于活性炭过滤 层⑷的内侧设置有回转蝶阀⑺。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种上下可调的废气简易过滤环保装置,其特征在于,所述套 接圆环(11)内壁上位于进气口过滤层(I2)外侧设置有橡胶密封垫(13)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种上下可调的废气简易过滤环保装置,其特征在于,所述T 形过滤管(9)上的进气口过滤层(12)共设置有三个,且T形过滤管⑼内部位于进气口过滤 层(12)两两之间设置有单向控制阀(2)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种上下可调的废气简易过滤环保装置,其特征在于,所述出 气管⑸两两之间填充有热传导层⑹。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种上下可调的废气简易过滤环保装置,其特征在于,所述回 转蝶阀⑺上的转动杆与T形过滤管⑼处设置有密封垫圈(8)。
6. 根据权利要求1所述的—种上下可调的废气简易过滤环保装置,其特征在于,所述活 性炭过滤层⑷与T形过滤管(9)交汇处设置有弹性伸缩垫圈(3)。
