一种离水过热保护水族加温器构造,设有一内部具有控制电路的控制盒,其中该控制电路包含设有一温控模组及连接一电热器,以及连接一过温传感器或一离水保护传感器其中的一个,该控制电路由一单晶片、一继电器电匣与多个电阻、电容、二极管、晶体管构成一完整电路;借此通过该过温传感器的温度感知或离水保护传感器感知是否离水,由温控模组进行温度比对用以控制电热器加热与否,达到节省电能及避免加热温度过高、离开水面空烧的情形。

技术领域
本实用新型为有关一种加温器构造,特别是其为一种离水过热保护水族加温器构造。
背景技术
鱼类是变温动物,各种鱼类都有其耐冷耐热的上下限最适温度,在最适温度范围内,鱼类的摄食、呼吸、消化机能旺盛、代谢作用增强、生长迅速,所饲养的水族居住环境未控制在这个适温范围内,长期将会导致鱼类代谢作用失常、生长受抑制,甚至死亡。
世界各地皆有养鱼作为宠物的人士,但地球上有不同气候的环境区域,在夏季时室内的温度,尚不致令水族箱的水温过低。但是当在冬季时,水族箱内水温随室温降低而一并降低,为了维持水族鱼类生活环境的舒适,于冬季时饲主大部份会在水族箱中装设有加温器,早期的加温器有需由人监看水族箱温度,再适时关闭加温器开关的传统加温器,演进到由加温器自动侦测水温,以适时自动关闭或启动的电子加温器。
然而,目前尚未见到具有离水过热保护作用的水族加温器,而造成加热温度过高、离开水面空烧的情形,此为传统水族加温器需作改善的缺点。
有鉴于此,本创作人期能提供一种具有离水过热保护作用的水族用加温器的结构,乃潜心研思、设计制造,以提供消费大众使用,为本实用新型所欲研创的发明动机。
发明内容
本实用新型的主要目的,在于提供一种避免加热温度过高、离开水面空烧情形的离水过热保护水族加温器构造。
为达上述目的,本实用新型一种离水过热保护水族加温器构造,设有一内部具有控制电路的控制盒,其特征在于:该控制电路包含设有一温控模组及连接一电热器,以及连接一过温传感器或一离水保护传感器其中的一个,该控制电路由一单晶片、一继电器电匣与多个电阻、电容、二极管、晶体管构成一完整电路;
借此通过该过温传感器的温度感知或离水保护传感器感知是否离水,再由温控模组进行温度比对用以控制电热器加热与否,达到节省电能及避免加热温度过高、离开水面空烧而损坏的情形。
本实用新型的有效增益在于,借此通过该过温传感器的温度感知或离水保护传感器感知是否离水,再由温控模组进行温度比对用以控制电热器加热与否,达到节省电能及避免加热温度过高、离开水面空烧而损坏的情形。

具体实施方式
请参图1、图2、图3、图4,本实用新型设有一内部具有控制电路20的控制盒10,其中该控制电路20包含设有一温控模组及连接一电热器30,以及连接一过温传感器40或/及一离水保护传感器50,该控制电路20由一单晶片21、一继电器电匣与多个电阻、电容、二极管、晶体管构成一完整电路。
于一实施例,离水保护传感器50与过温传感器40可以单独或合并使用结合成为一体式加温器。
于一实施例,该控制电路20包含设有一IR接收模组22、离水断电模组23、数据存取模组24、多个LED25、两传感器26、两显示器27。
上述为本实用新型的各部构件及其组成方式介绍,接着再将本新型的使用特点、功效介绍如下:
本新型的离水保护传感器50当感知离开水面时会提供讯号给温控模组,温控模组会使继电器电闸成开路电热器30不通电加热。
另外,当本实用新型的过温传感器40当感知温度过高时或因为离开水面导致感知温度过高,其会提供过高电压给温控模组会使继电器电闸成开路,电热器30不通电加热。
本实用新型的温控模组也具有温度感知,当感知温度比设定温度低时,并且离水保护传感器50感测为仍在水中,过温传感器40也未超过温度时,温控模组会使继电器电闸成短路使电热器30通电加热。
当温控模组接收温度感知高于或等于设定温度时或者离水保护传感器50判断认为离开水,又或者过温传感器40接收到过高温度,满足这三种条件的任何一种条件,温控模组都会使继电器电闸成开路,电热器30不通电加热。
综上所述,本实用新型确可达到创作的预期目的,提供一种离水过热保护水族加温器构造,具有实用价值无疑,依法提出专利申请。

1.一种离水过热保护水族加温器构造,设有一内部具有控制电路的控制盒,其特征在于:该控制电路包含设有一温控模组及连接一电热器,以及连接一过温传感器或一离水保护传感器其中的一个,该控制电路由一单晶片、一继电器电匣与多个电阻、电容、二极管、晶体管构成一完整电路;
借此通过该过温传感器的温度感知或离水保护传感器感知是否离水,再由温控模组进行温度比对用以控制电热器加热与否,达到节省电能及避免加热温度过高、离开水面空烧而损坏的情形。
2.如权利要求1所述的离水过热保护水族加温器构造,其特征在于:其中该控制电路包含设有一IR接收模组、离水断电模组、数据存取模组、多个LED、两传感器、两显示器。
