本实用新型属于花卉园艺工具技术领域,尤其是涉及一种苗圃花盆加热膜。
背景技术
花卉园艺作为人们日常消遣的一部分,在我国已经普及已久,目前大体名贵的花卉,其对赖以生长的花盆内土壤的温度要求很高,所以只能在室内或者温暖的室外种植,在寒冷季节来临时,若继续在室外种植,花盆内的名贵花卉将遭受冻害直至死亡,因此单一的花盆不能满足人们寒冷季节室外种植花卉的需要,有必要予以改进。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决上述现有技术的不足而提供一种可改变花盆内土壤温度,安全性高的苗圃花盆加热膜。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型所设计的苗圃花盆加热膜,包括聚酰亚胺电热膜、电极条和绝缘膜,所述电极条高温印刷在聚酰亚胺电热膜上,绝缘膜复合在设有电极条的聚酰亚胺电热膜外表面。
为了提高安全性,所述电极条沿聚酰亚胺电热膜的纵向边缘设置2条,配合电极条的电源为12V。
为了提高绝缘膜的柔韧度和强度,所述绝缘膜为聚酯薄膜。
本实用新型得到的苗圃花盆加热膜和现有技术相比所具有的优点是:可改变花盆内土壤温度,本实用新型放置在花盆内壁与土壤接触;采用12V电源使本实用新型安全性高,无因触电或漏电对人体造成的伤害。

实施例:
如图1和图2所示,本实用新型提供的苗圃花盆加热膜,包括聚酰亚胺电热膜1、电极条2和绝缘膜3,电极条2沿聚酰亚胺电热膜1的纵向边缘高温印刷2条,花盆高度要与电极条的长度一致,配合电极条的电源为12V。在印刷有电极条2的聚酰亚胺电热膜1外表面涂上一层绝缘膜3,为了提高绝缘膜3的柔韧度和强度,绝缘膜选用聚酯薄膜。

1.一种苗圃花盆加热膜,包括聚酰亚胺电热膜(1)、电极条(2)和绝缘膜(3),其特征在于:所述电极条(2)复合在聚酰亚胺电热膜(1)上,绝缘膜(3)复合在设有电极条(2)的聚酰亚胺电热膜(1)外表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的苗圃花盆加热膜,其特征在于:所述电极条(2)沿聚酰亚胺电热膜(1)的纵向边缘设置2条,配合电极条(2)的电源为12V。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的苗圃花盆加热膜,其特征在于:所述绝缘膜(3)为聚酯薄膜。
