Description

離水過熱保護水族加溫器構造
本創作係有關一種加溫器構造,特別是其為一種離水過熱保護水族加溫器構造。
魚類是變溫動物,各種魚類都有其耐冷耐熱之上下限最適溫度,在最適溫度範圍內,魚類的攝食、呼吸、消化機能旺盛、代謝作用增強、生長迅速,所飼養之水族居住環境如果未控制在這個適溫範圍內,長期將會導致魚類代謝作用失常、生長受抑制,甚至死亡。
世界各地皆有養魚作為寵物之人士,但地球上有不同氣候之環境區域,在夏季時室內的溫度,尚不致令水族箱的水溫過低。但是當在冬季時,水族箱內水溫隨室溫降低而一併降低,為了維持水族魚類生活環境的舒適,於冬季時飼主大部份會在水族箱中裝設有加溫器,早期之加溫器有需由人監看水族箱溫度,再適時關閉加溫器開關的傳統加溫器,演進到由加溫器自動偵測水溫,以適時自動關閉或啟動之電子加溫器。
然而,目前尚未見到具有離水過熱保護作用之水族加溫器,而造成加熱溫度過高、離開水面空燒之情形,此為傳統水族加溫器需作改善之缺點。
有鑑於此,本創作人期能提供一種具有離水過熱保護作用之 水族用加溫器之結構,乃潛心研思、設計製造,以提供消費大眾使用,為本創作所欲研創之創作動機。
本創作之主要目的,在於提供一種避免加熱溫度過高、離開水面空燒情形之離水過熱保護水族加溫器構造。
為達上述目的,本創作設有一內具控制電路之控制盒,其中該控制電路包含一溫控模組及連接一電熱器,以及連接一過溫傳感器或一離水保護傳感器其中之一者,該控制電路由一單晶片、一繼電器電匣與多數個電阻、電容、二極體、電晶體構成一完整電路。
藉此透過過溫傳感器之溫度感知及離水保護傳感器感知是否離水,由溫控模組進行溫度比對用以控制電熱器加熱與否,達到節省電能及避免加熱溫度過高、離開水面空燒之情形。

請參第1、2、3、4圖,本創作係設有一內具控制電路20之控 制盒10,其中該控制電路20包含一溫控模組及連接一電熱器30,以及連接一過溫傳感器40、一離水保護傳感器50,該控制電路20由一單晶片21、一繼電器電匣與多數個電阻、電容、二極體、電晶體構成一完整電路。
於一實施例,離水保護傳感器50與過溫傳感器40可以單獨或合併使用結合成為一體式加溫器。
於一實施例,該控制電路20包含一IR接收模組22、離水斷電模組23、數據存取模組24、數個LED25、二感測器26、二顯示器27。
上述為本創作之各部構件及其組成方式介紹,接著再將本創作之使用特點、功效介紹如下:本創作之離水保護傳感器50當感知離開水面時會提供訊號給溫控模組,溫控模組會使繼電器電閘成開路電熱器30不通電加熱。
另,本創作之過溫傳感器40當感知溫度過高時或因為離開水面導致感知溫度過高,其會提供過高電壓給溫控模組會使繼電器電閘成開路,電熱器30不通電加熱。
本創作之溫控模組也具有溫度感知,當感知溫度比設定溫度低時,並且離水保護傳感器50感測為仍在水中,過溫傳感器40也未超過溫度時,溫控模組會使繼電器電閘成短路使電熱器30通電加熱。
當溫控模組接收溫度感知高於或等於設定溫度時或者離水保護傳感器50判斷認為離開水,又或者過溫傳感器40接收到過高溫度,滿足這三種條件的任何一種條件,溫控模組都會使繼電器電閘成開路,電熱器30不通電加熱。
綜上所述,本創作確可達到創作之預期目的,提供一種離水 過熱保護水族加溫器構造,具有實用價值無疑,爰依法提出專利申請。
惟以上所述者,僅為本創作之較佳實施例,當不能用以限定本創作可實施之範圍,凡習於本業之人士所明顯可作變化與修飾,皆應視為不悖離本創作之實質內容。

Claims (2)

  1. 一種離水過熱保護水族加溫器構造,設有一內具控制電路之控制盒,其特徵在於:該控制電路包含一溫控模組及連接一電熱器,以及連接一過溫傳感器或一離水保護傳感器其中之一者,該控制電路由一單晶片、一繼電器電匣與多數個電阻、電容、二極體、電晶體構成一完整電路;藉此透過該過溫傳感器之溫度感知及離水保護傳感器感知是否離水,由溫控模組進行溫度比對用以控制電熱器加熱與否,達到節省電能及避免加熱溫度過高、離開水面空燒之情形。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之離水過熱保護水族加溫器構造,其中該控制電路包含一IR接收模組、離水斷電模組、數據存取模組、數個LED、二感測器、二顯示器。
