本实用新型属于光纤通信技术领域,具体是一种光纤切割刀压头。
背景技术
现有的光纤切割刀压头都是金属材料制成的,如图1所示,包括压头本体1和刀架接触部2,刀架接触部1与压头本体1均是金属材质,刀架接触部2与压头本体1一体成型。在使用过程中,刀架接触部2经常会和刀架发生摩擦,在使用一段时间之后,刀架接触部2就会被磨损,因此为满足功能需要就必须更换整个压头,但是压头的更换不仅麻烦,还增加了使用成本。
实用新型内容
为了解决现有技术存在的问题,本实用新型提供一种光纤切割刀压头,将光纤本体和刀架接触部制作成分体式,且刀架接触部采用陶瓷棒,提高刀架接触部的耐磨性,从而延长压头的使用寿命。
本实用新型采用如下技术方案:光纤切割刀压头,包括压头本体和刀架接触部,所述的刀架接触部为陶瓷棒,刀架接触部用黏胶压铆固定在压头本体上。
本实用新型将光纤切割刀压头制作成分体式,压头本体用304不锈钢制作,刀架接触部则用陶瓷棒黏胶压铆装配在压头本体上,压铆后的压头本体与刀架接触部并为一体,在满足功能的前提下,提高了压头的耐磨性,降低了压头的损耗;而且即使刀架接触部因磨损需要更换时,也可以只更换刀架接触部,不宣判更换整个压头,节省了成本。
进一步地,所述的陶瓷棒顶部呈半圆球状,使刀架与刀架接触部之间的接触为光滑接触,进一步降低刀架接触部的磨损速度。

光纤切割刀压头,如图2所示,包括压头本体1和刀架接触部2,压头本体1采用304不锈钢制作,刀架接触部2为陶瓷棒,陶瓷棒顶部呈半圆球状,刀架接触部2用黏胶压铆固定在压头本体1上,压铆后的压头本体1与刀架接触部2并为一体,在满足所需功能的前提下,采用陶瓷棒提高了压头的耐磨性,降低了压头的损耗。
