在粉末冶金零件的整形工艺中，整形芯棒是整体的，整形受到挤压，经常会由于磨损或疲劳断裂而造成报废，需更换整条芯棒，在成本上造成了很大浪费。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的上述缺点，本实用新型提供一种只需要更换芯杆的整形芯棒，节约成本、减少了材料的浪费、且更换方便的粉末冶金整形芯棒。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种粉末冶金整形芯棒，有芯杆和连接杆，芯杆有销钉孔的一个端面与连接杆有销钉孔的一个端面紧靠，通过接套相套连接。
所述芯杆和连接杆的连接处分别设有一个销钉孔，接套上设有两个与芯杆和连接杆相对应的销钉孔，销钉孔之间通过销钉固定。
本实用新型的有益效果是： 芯杆与连接杆之间通过接套相套和销钉固定，当芯杆磨损或疲劳断裂后，只需通过更换芯杆便可重复使用，减少了材料的浪费，节约成本，而且更换方便。

参见图1，一种粉末冶金整形芯棒，主要有芯杆1、连接杆2、接套3和销钉4，芯杆1和连接杆2的连接处分别设有一个销钉孔，接套3上设有两个与芯杆1和连接杆2相对应的销钉孔，芯杆1有销钉孔的一个端面与连接杆2有销钉孔的一个端面紧靠，芯杆1与连接杆2用接套3连接，并由销钉4固定。由于芯杆1可以更换，连接杆2可以重复使用，减少了材料的浪费，具有节约成本和更换方便的优点，在粉末冶金零件整形工艺中推广使用。

1.一种粉末冶金整形芯棒，其特征是：有芯杆和连接杆，芯杆有销钉孔的一个端面与连接杆有销钉孔的一个端面紧靠，并通过接套相套连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的粉末冶金整形芯棒，其特征是：所述芯杆和连接杆的连接处分别设有一个销钉孔，接套上设有两个与芯杆和连接杆相对应的销钉孔，销钉孔之间通过销钉固定。
