本实用新型涉及一种输电塔用的外六角高强度螺栓。
背景技术
随着超高压输电线路的发展,对铁塔的型材、材质提出了更高的要求,高强钢将在输电线路上大量采用,与高强钢相匹配的高强螺栓选型问题将成为设计者关心和讨论的问题之一。而目前输电线路通常采用的是普通螺栓,普通螺栓连接的优点是施工简单、拆装方便,缺点是用钢量较多。而且在拉力作用下,常常会因为疲劳产生裂痕而断裂,而普通螺栓其头部跟螺杆的连接处均为直角,因此是应力最集中的地方,螺栓断裂也就经常发生在这个地方,从而影响螺栓的整体强度。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供了一种不但用钢量少而且螺栓强度更好的输电塔用的外六角高强度螺栓。
本实用新型是采取如下技术方案来完成的:
一种输电塔用的外六角高强度螺栓,包括螺栓头部和螺杆,其特征在于:与螺杆连接的螺栓头部边缘设有一圈过渡圆槽。
所述过渡圆槽的直径小于螺栓头部的外六角的内切圆,大于螺杆的外圆。
上述技术方案中,采用本实用新型提供的外六角高强度螺栓,用于输电塔紧固,可以节省螺栓的用钢量,同时还提高了螺栓的强度。

如图所示,本实用新型的输电塔用的外六角高强度螺栓,包括螺栓头部1和螺杆2,与螺杆2连接的螺栓头部1边缘设有一圈过渡圆槽3,过渡圆槽3的直径小于螺栓头部1的外六角的内切圆,大于螺杆2的外圆。
本实用新型中,由于螺栓头部将直角连接改为用过渡圆槽3的圆弧过渡连接,因此螺栓消除了应力集中点,使整个螺栓在拉力作用下没有一处是薄弱点,使得螺栓头部处减少了部分钢材成本的同时,还提高了螺栓的强度。
