背景技术
卷烟厂生产作业时，会对卷烟滤嘴棒上的水松纸进行烫金，这道工序需要采用烫金辊来完成。烫金辊是靠辊筒在水松纸上来回滚动进行烫金工艺，传统的烫金辊辊筒表面为螺旋状结构，这种结构有些许的缺点：散热较慢；当螺旋状的辊筒表面出现某一段断裂后，该位置油管的出油速度会较其他地方增快，导致烫金不均匀，会出现局部过厚的现象。
发明内容
发明目的：本实用新型的目的在于针对现有技术的不足，提供一种烫金辊。
技术方案：为了达到上述发明目的，本实用新型具体是这样来完成的：一种烫金辊，包括辊筒，辊筒内贯穿设有油管，辊筒两端与油管之间通过密封圈固定，所述辊筒外部为网格状结构。
其中，所述辊筒顶部活动设有刮板。
其中，所述辊筒与刮板之间的间隙为0.5~3mm。
有益效果：本实用新型与传统技术相比，通过改变辊筒表面的结构达到了散热快的目的，同时网格状的辊筒不易断裂提高了使用寿命，刮板的设计则使得辊筒滚动时不会产生烫金局部过厚的现象。

如图1所示的一种烫金辊，包括辊筒1，辊筒1内贯穿设有油管2，辊筒1两端与油管2之间通过密封圈3固定，所述辊筒1外部为网格状结构，所述辊筒1顶部活动设有刮板4，辊筒1与刮板4之间的间隙为0.5~3mm。

2.根据权利要求1所述的烫金辊，其特征在于，所述辊筒（1）顶部活动设有刮板（4）。
3.根据权利要求2所述的烫金辊，其特征在于，所述辊筒（1）与刮板（4）之间的间隙为0.5~3mm。
