现有的加热炉炉门频繁出现设备故障不能满足生产的要求，主要表现为加热炉入炉辊道减速机频繁打齿，加热炉入炉侧炉门变形严重，装、出钢机液压缸底座松动螺栓断裂，分析原因在于炉门长期收高温烧烤导致变形所致。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的不足而提供一种可有效给炉门降温的水冷式加热炉炉门。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：一种水冷式加热炉炉门，包括门主体，门主体上端设有吊钩，其特征在于：所述的门主体的四周门框内设有水冷管，门主体内设有耐火纤维材料层。
进一步的，所述的水冷管设有上进水口和下出水口。
采用上述结构后，本实用新型有益效果为：本实用新型所述的加热炉炉门的使用寿命长，通过循环水冷，可有效对加热炉进行降温。
