[0003] 用于电弧炉和矿热炉作为导电电极的人造石墨制品是在高温下,完成由无定形 炭向石墨晶格转变而成为良好导电材料的,此工艺过程称为石墨化。国际上通用的石墨 化工艺方法主要有艾奇逊法和卡斯特耐法。依据上述两种方法建立的石墨化炉分别称为 艾奇逊炉和内热串接炉(LWG)。由于后者具有炉温高、电耗低、生产周期短等优点,是 目前国际上大量使用的炉型。近年来我国也正在逐步兴起和发展。内串石墨化炉生产超 高功率石墨电极用炉墙通常是由耐火砖或者耐火水泥砌制,而冷却系统通常是在炉头和 炉尾装配,它们是两套不同的系统。石墨电极通电结束冷却时,是采用在保温料表面喷 淋水冷却的方法,但是该方法存在喷淋头易堵塞,同时该冷却方法是电极上表面单面冷 却,冷却效率低,周期长;且冷却水易通过保温聊渗透至电极表面或断面造成电极上表 面或断面氧化,影响电极质量。
