Abstract

本实用新型专利中冷却炉墙(1)由墙内冷却钢管(4)和钢管外的耐火水泥组成,冷却管有进水口(3)和出水口(2)。通电结束抽风冷却后,炉头冷却水喷水,同时进水口(3)的阀门打开,冷却水从进水口(3)进入冷却管,同时从出水口(2)流出,进入水冷却塔,经冷却后由水泵加压进入冷却管进水口(3),通过往复循环,完成对制品的冷却。该冷却系统实现了从制品两侧和上端同时冷却,可以减少石墨化炉冷却喷淋水用量,避免制品氧化烧蚀;同时减少冷却时间,提高冷却效率,缩短生产周期,提高产量。

内热串接石墨化炉冷却墙 
(一)技术领域
本实用新型涉及内热串接石墨化炉生产超高功率石墨电极用炉墙。 
(二)背景技术
用于电弧炉和矿热炉作为导电电极的人造石墨制品是在高温下,完成由无定形炭向石墨晶格转变而成为良好导电材料的,此工艺过程称为石墨化。国际上通用的石墨化工艺方法主要有艾奇逊法和卡斯特耐法。依据上述两种方法建立的石墨化炉分别称为艾奇逊炉和内热串接炉(LWG)。由于后者具有炉温高、电耗低、生产周期短等优点,是目前国际上大量使用的炉型。近年来我国也正在逐步兴起和发展。内串石墨化炉生产超高功率石墨电极用炉墙通常是由耐火砖或者耐火水泥砌制,而冷却系统通常是在炉头和炉尾装配,它们是两套不同的系统。石墨电极通电结束冷却时,是采用在保温料表面喷淋水冷却的方法,但是该方法存在喷淋头易堵塞,同时该冷却方法是电极上表面单面冷却,冷却效率低,周期长;且冷却水易通过保温聊渗透至电极表面或断面造成电极上表面或断面氧化,影响电极质量。 
(三)发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服目前喷淋头易堵塞,生产周期长及冷却水渗透造成电极氧化的缺点。 
本实用新型的技术方案具有以下特征:冷却炉墙(1)由墙内呈蛇形钢制管道组成的冷却管(4)和钢管外的耐火水泥组成,冷却管有进水口(3)和出水口(2)。该冷却系统实现了从制品两侧和上端同时冷却,可以减少石墨化炉冷却喷淋水用量,避免制品氧化烧蚀;同时减少冷却时间,提高冷却效率,缩短生产周期,提高产量。

(五)具体实施方式
通电结束抽风冷却后,炉头冷却水喷水,同时进水口(3)的阀门打开,冷却水从进水口(3)进入冷却管,同时从出水口(2)流出,进入水冷却塔,经冷却后由水泵加压进入冷却管进水口(3),通过往复循环,完成对制品的冷却。

1.内热串接石墨化炉冷却墙,其特征在于:本实用新型由耐火水泥砌制而成,并增加了冷却装置,冷却炉墙(1)由墙内冷却钢管(4)和钢管外的耐火水泥组成,冷却管有进水口(3)和出水口(2)。
