背景技术
冷轧辊钢属复杂构件，有非常硬的表层，承受很大的应力，因此，冷轧辊要求有很高的制造质量，这是确保使用效果的必要条件。但其使用寿命不仅取决于制造质量，而且与使用过程中的维护密切相关，如果使用不当，使用效果将会发生极大变化。使用模具生产冷轧辊钢时，由于冷轧辊钢本身硬度很高，模具在闭合时也必将受到很大的压力，传统的模具在承受如此强度的内外压力时会造成开裂，时间久了往往会影响模具的使用寿命。
发明内容
发明目的：本实用新型的目的在于针对现有技术的不足，提供一种冷轧辊钢模具。
技术方案：为了达到上述发明目的，本实用新型具体是这样来完成的：一种冷轧辊钢模具，包括上模块和下模块，所述上模块、下模块中部均开有条状盲孔，且盲孔长度小于上、下模块的长度。
进一步的，所述上模块、下模块条状盲孔周围开有一组圆点型盲孔。
有益效果：本实用新型与传统技术相比，在上下模块表面开设盲孔，可以有效的进行缷力，当模具闭合时，内外压力会通过盲孔卸掉一部分，极大的提高了模具的耐受力，增加了其使用寿命。
