本实用新型公开了一种PTC发热器件的固化成型设备的电联接装置，包括操作台，所述操作台一端固定有电路板，电路板上设有若干夹具，夹具包括左夹片和右夹片，左夹片、右夹片分别通过螺栓固定在电路板上，PTC发热器件排列于操作台上，且PTC发热器件电极引出端头部的正极片、负极片分别与左夹片、右夹片连接形成电流回路，所述左夹片、右夹片之间设有绝缘块，绝缘块直接固定在电路板上，左夹片与右夹片的一侧中部区域受力时，左夹片、右夹片另一侧夹紧咬住绝缘块。本实用新型彻底杜绝了已有技术因触点之间的跳火、碳化引起的开路失效，因接触不良频繁跳火引起的非正常短路和频繁更换簧片和触点导致设备的利用率降低，大大提高了设备的可靠性和工作效率。

本实用新型属于电子机械领域，具体涉及一种PTC发热器件的固化成型设备的电联接装置。
背景技术
PTC发热器件具有恒温发热、无明火、热转换率高、受电源电压影响极小等优点，已广泛使用于各类电器产品中。中国专利200920230829.5公开了一种PTC电加热器，此发热器包括由导热铝管、散热条和穿入在导热铝管内的发热体组成，所述发热体由耐温绝缘膜包覆了夹持在电极片之间的PTC发热元件组成，在发热体内的PTC发热元件和电极片之间及发热体和散热条之间均需要使用耐温、阻燃的有机硅胶使其互相粘接并经高温固化以后成为结合紧密一体的发热器件。
已有技术一般通过手工将多组PTC发热器件放在台板上，固定在一个有活动框架的工装内，敲平加热器的波纹发热面，再用螺钉或螺母夹紧框架使发热器定位，然后放入设定好温度的烘箱内固化。
近年也有利用PTC发热元件本身的恒温发热性能，将多组PTC发热器件放在台板上，敲平加热器的波纹发热面以后，先用手工和工具将加热器件的引出端部和尾端部整平，再使用工装手工夹紧加热器件以后，在加热器的电极片上接上电源使PTC发热器加热并利用其本身恒温发热的热量，使粘接硅胶固化。
以上工艺或技术的效率低、固化过程中耗电量大、产品的一致性差，无法避免因人为操作失误导致不合格的发生且不合格率也高，固化以后还需要再进行通电或高压等试验。
已有技术的电连接装置均是簧片或压接，当接触处发生跳火或长期插拔或受到反复作用的外力则极其发生老化，导致漏检、误检的功能性缺陷，为此只能频繁更换触点或簧片。鉴于本设备的电极片直接和发热元件接触，其本身即是导电片、又是导热片。因此，发热器件在通电固化的过程中，发热元件的高温也始终通过电极片传导到固化设备的电联接装置和加热器件电极片的触点上，使得这些触点一直长期置于高温环境，势必发生退火、软化、弹性降低而由此导致在触点处的跳火、碳化、直止触点的开路、接触不良等诸多原因引起的失效。

实用新型目的：本实用新型的目的在于针对现有技术的不足，提供一种PTC发热器件的固化成型设备的电联接装置。
技术方案：为了达到上述实用新型目的，本实用新型具体是这样来实现的：一种PTC发热器件的固化成型设备的电联接装置，包括操作台，所述操作台一端固定有电路板，电路板上设有若干夹具，夹具包括左夹片和右夹片，左夹片、右夹片分别通过螺栓固定在电路板上，PTC发热器件排列于操作台上，且PTC发热器件电极引出端头部的正极片、负极片分别与左夹片、右夹片连接形成电流回路，所述左夹片、右夹片之间设有绝缘块，绝缘块直接固定在电路板上，左夹片与右夹片的一侧中部区域受力时，左夹片、右夹片另一侧夹紧咬住绝缘块。
有益效果：本实用新型与传统技术相比，使得PTC发热器件的正负极片能牢牢的被导入电源的左右夹片夹持，极片和夹片之间始终保持可靠的面接触，彻底杜绝了已有技术因触点之间的跳火、碳化引起的开路失效，因接触不良频繁跳火引起的非正常短路和频繁更换簧片和触点导致设备的利用率降低等一系列安全性、可靠性和功能性的致命缺陷，大大提高了设备的可靠性和工作效率。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的一种PTC发热器件的固化成型设备的电联接装置，包括操作台1，所述操作台一端固定有电路板2，电路板2上设有若干夹具，夹具包括左夹片401和右夹片402，左夹片401、右夹片402分别通过螺栓5固定在电路板2上，PTC发热器件3排列于操作台1上，且PTC发热器件3电极引出端头部的正极片301、负极片302分别与左夹片401、右夹片402连接形成电流回路，所述左夹片401、右夹片402之间设有绝缘块6，绝缘块6直接固定在电路板2上，左夹片401与右夹片402的一侧中部区域受力时，左夹片401、右夹片402另一侧夹紧咬住绝缘块6。

1.一种PTC发热器件的固化成型设备的电联接装置，包括操作台（1），其特征在于，所述操作台一端固定有电路板（2），电路板（2）上设有若干夹具，夹具包括左夹片（401）和右夹片（402），左夹片（401）、右夹片（402）分别通过螺栓（5）固定在电路板（2）上，PTC发热器件（3）排列于操作台（1）上，且PTC发热器件（3）电极引出端头部的正极片（301）、负极片（302）分别与左夹片（401）、右夹片（402）连接形成电流回路，所述左夹片（401）、右夹片（402）之间设有绝缘块（6），绝缘块（6）直接固定在电路板（2）上，左夹片（401）与右夹片（402）的一侧中部区域受力时，左夹片（401）、右夹片（402）另一侧夹紧咬住绝缘块（6）。
