本实用新型公开了一种PTC发热器件的固化成型设备，包括操作台，所述操作台一端固定有电路板，所述电路板上相间设有若干一号固定块，一号固定块两侧分别设有正极头和负极头，PTC发热器件排列于操作台上，且PTC发热器件电极引出端头部的正极片、负极片分别与正极头、负极头连接，所述操作台上对应PTC发热器件处有凹槽，凹槽的宽度大于等于所述发热器件的发热体的宽度。本实用新型与传统技术相比，通过2个凸起固定住并列排放的PTC发热器件的电极引出端端部，稳定性得到了保证，提高了固化效率。

技术领域
本实用新型属于电子机械领域，具体涉及一种PTC发热器件的固化成型设备。
背景技术
PTC发热器件具有恒温发热、无明火、热转换率高、受电源电压影响极小等优点，已广泛使用于各类电器产品中。中国专利200920230829.5公开了一种PTC电加热器，此发热器包括由导热铝管、散热条和穿入在导热铝管内的发热体组成，所述发热体由耐温绝缘膜包覆了夹持在电极片之间的PTC发热元件组成，在发热体内的PTC发热元件和电极片之间及发热体和散热条之间均需要使用耐温、阻燃的有机硅胶使其互相粘接并经高温固化以后成为结合紧密一体的发热器件。
已有技术一般通过手工将多组PTC发热器件放在台板上，固定在一个有活动框架的工装内，敲平加热器的波纹发热面，再用螺钉或螺母夹紧框架使发热器定位，然后放入设定好温度的烘箱内固化。
近年也有利用PTC发热元件本身的恒温发热性能，将多组PTC发热器件放在台板上，敲平加热器的波纹发热面以后，先用手工和工具将加热器件的引出端部和尾端部整平，再使用工装手工夹紧加热器件以后，在加热器的电极片上接上电源使PTC发热器加热并利用其本身恒温发热的热量，使粘接硅胶固化。
以上工艺或技术的效率低、固化过程中耗电量大、产品的一致性差，无法避免因人为操作失误导致不合格的发生且不合格率也高，固化以后还需要再进行通电或高压等试验。
实用新型内容
实用新型目的：本实用新型的目的在于针对现有技术的不足，提供一种PTC发热器件的固化成型设备。
技术方案：为了达到上述实用新型目的，本实用新型具体是这样来实现的：一种PTC发热器件的固化成型设备，包括操作台，所述操作台一端固定有电路板，所述电路板上相间设有若干一号固定块，一号固定块两侧分别设有正极头和负极头，PTC发热器件排列于操作台上，且PTC发热器件电极引出端头部的正极片、负极片分别与正极头、负极头连接，所述操作台上对应PTC发热器件处有凹槽，凹槽的宽度大于等于所述发热器件的发热体的宽度。
其中，所述电路板一侧的上下两端具有一号凸起和二号凸起。
其中，所述一号凸起为长方形，固定最外侧PTC发热器件的一边。
其中，所述二号凸起为7字形，一方面固定最内侧PTC发热器件的一边，另一方面紧贴挡板防止间隙中落入杂质。
有益效果：本实用新型与传统技术相比，通过2个凸起固定住并列排放的PTC发热器件的电极引出端端部，稳定性得到了保证，提高了固化效率。

具体实施方式
如图1~3所示的一种PTC发热器件的固化成型设备，包括操作台1，所述操作台一端固定有电路板2，所述电路板2上相间设有若干一号固定块201，一号固定块201两侧分别设有正极头202和负极头203，PTC发热器件3排列于操作台1上，且PTC发热器件3电极引出端头部的正极片301、负极片302分别与正极头202、负极头203连接，所述操作台1上对应PTC发热器件3处有凹槽4，凹槽4的宽度大于等于所述发热器件的发热体的宽度；所述电路板2一侧的上下两端具有一号凸起204和二号凸起205，所述一号凸起204为长方形，固定最外侧PTC发热器件3的一边，所述二号凸起205为7字形，一方面固定最内侧PTC发热器件3的一边，另一方面紧贴挡板防止间隙中落入杂质。

1.一种PTC发热器件的固化成型设备，包括操作台（1），其特征在于，所述操作台一端固定有电路板（2），所述电路板（2）上相间设有若干一号固定块（201），一号固定块（201）两侧分别设有正极头（202）和负极头（203），PTC发热器件（3）排列于操作台（1）上，且PTC发热器件（3）电极引出端头部的正极片（301）、负极片（302）分别与正极头（202）、负极头（203）连接，所述操作台（1）上对应PTC发热器件（3）处有凹槽（4），凹槽（4）的宽度大于等于所述发热器件的发热体的宽度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的PTC发热器件的固化成型设备，其特征在于，所述电路板（2）一侧的上下两端具有一号凸起（204）和二号凸起（205）。
3.根据权利要求2所述的PTC发热器件的固化成型设备，其特征在于，所述一号凸起（204）为长方形，固定最外侧PTC发热器件（3）的一边。
4.根据权利要求2所述的PTC发热器件的固化成型设备，其特征在于，所述二号凸起（205）为7字形，一方面固定最内侧PTC发热器件（3）的一边，另一方面紧贴挡板防止间隙中落入杂质。
