技术领域
本实用新型属于电子机械领域，具体涉及一种PTC发热器件的固化成型设备的整形装置。
背景技术
PTC发热器件具有恒温发热、无明火、热转换率高、受电源电压影响极小等优点，已广泛使用于各类电器产品中。中国专利200920230829.5公开了一种PTC电加热器，此发热器包括由导热铝管、散热条和穿入在导热铝管内的发热体组成，所述发热体由耐温绝缘膜包覆了夹持在电极片之间的PTC发热元件组成，在发热体内的PTC发热元件和电极片之间及发热体和散热条之间均需要使用耐温、阻燃的有机硅胶使其互相粘接并经高温固化以后成为结合紧密一体的发热器件。
已有技术一般通过手工将多组PTC发热器件放在台板上，固定在一个有活动框架的工装内，敲平加热器的波纹发热面，再用螺钉或螺母夹紧框架使发热器定位，然后放入设定好温度的烘箱内固化。
近年也有利用PTC发热元件本身的恒温发热性能，将多组PTC发热器件放在台板上，敲平加热器的波纹发热面以后，先用手工和工具将加热器件的引出端部和尾端部整平，再使用工装手工夹紧加热器件以后，在加热器的电极片上接上电源使PTC发热器加热并利用其本身恒温发热的热量，使粘接硅胶固化。
以上工艺或技术的效率低、固化过程中耗电量大、产品的一致性差，无法避免因人为操作失误导致不合格的发生且不合格率也高，固化以后还需要再进行通电或高压等试验。
已有技术一般通过手工将多组分立的发热体和散热条归具为发热体的二侧是散热条的单套PTC发热器件，将单套发热器放在台板上，固定在一个有活动框架的工装内，敲平加热器的波纹发热面，也有利用PTC发热元件本身的恒温发热性能，将上述多组PTC发热器件放在台板上，同样需要敲平加热器的波纹发热面以后再接上电源使PTC发热器加热并利用其本身恒温发热的热量，使粘接硅胶固化。以上工艺或技术的效率低、产品的一致性差，无法避免因人为整平操作时敲打到铝管发热体处而导致铝管发热体内部的发热元件和电极片之间的松动、位移、变形或碎裂。而在敲平加热器的波纹发热面的过程中同时也导致了铝管内部发热元件的松动，稍有疏忽就会导致加热器的散热波纹发热面不平整或歪斜，影响外观、装配，造成报废。
实用新型内容
实用新型目的：本实用新型的目的在于针对现有技术的不足，提供一种PTC发热器件的固化成型设备的整形装置。
技术方案：为了达到上述实用新型目的，本实用新型具体是这样来实现的：一种PTC发热器件的固化成型设备的整形装置，包括操作台，操作台一端固定有电路板，有PTC发热器件排列于操作台上，PTC发热器件与电路板之间形成电流回路，所述整形装置包括推板，推板设置于操作台顶部，通过推板对PTC发热器件的出风散热面进行纵向的加压和整形。
进一步的，所述推板由驱动装置控制，通过推进杆推动。
其中，所述推板可以由若干块小推板组成，相邻小推板之间存在间距。
其中，所述驱动装置连接机架组上的转动轴，并固定于操作台上方，所述驱动装置沿转动轴在支架组上进行水平位移。
其中，所述推板底部有与PTC发热器件宽度相适的槽道。
有益效果：本实用新型与传统技术相比，通过推板的压力对加热器的散热波纹发热面进行持续的加压，既提高了工作效率、降低了生产噪音，同时又大大提高了产品合格率。

如图1~2所示的一种PTC发热器件的固化成型设备的整形装置，包括操作台1，操作台一端固定有电路板2，有PTC发热器件3排列于操作台1上，PTC发热器件3与电路板2之间形成电流回路，所述整形装置包括推板4，推板4设置于操作台1顶部，通过推板4对PTC发热器件3的出风散热面进行纵向的加压和整形，所述推板4由驱动装置5控制，通过推进杆推动，所述推板4由若干块小推板组成，相邻小推板之间存在间距，所述驱动装置5连接机架组6上的转动轴7，并固定于操作台1上方，所述驱动装置5沿转动轴7在支架组6上进行水平位移，所述推板4底部有与PTC发热器件3宽度相适的槽道401。

1.一种PTC发热器件的固化成型设备的整形装置，包括操作台（1），其特征在于，操作台一端固定有电路板（2），有PTC发热器件（3）排列于操作台（1）上，PTC发热器件（3）与电路板（2）之间形成电流回路，所述整形装置包括推板（4），推板（4）设置于操作台（1）顶部，通过推板（4）对PTC发热器件（3）的出风散热面进行纵向的加压和整形。
2.根据权利要求1所述的PTC发热器件的固化成型设备的整形装置，其特征在于，所述推板（4）由驱动装置（5）控制，通过推进杆推动。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的PTC发热器件的固化成型设备的整形装置，其特征在于，所述推板（4）由若干块小推板组成，相邻小推板之间存在间距。
4.根据权利要求2所述的PTC发热器件的固化成型设备的整形装置，其特征在于，所述驱动装置（5）连接机架组（6）上的转动轴（7），并固定于操作台（1）上方，所述驱动装置（5）沿转动轴（7）在支架组（6）上进行水平位移。
