Abstract

漏斗式料仓防堵机属粉料输送技术领域。由锥形筒1、油缸6、捅杆7、液压控制柜9组成。锥形筒1呈锥台形,粗端在上,用螺钉3与料斗2相连;细端在下,用螺栓10与物料输入下一流程的受料器13,如皮带输送机相连。锥形筒1外壁纵向均布一组油缸6,其活塞杆5与拐把式捅杆7铰连。捅杆7穿过装于锥形筒1大端面法兰边上的密封轴承4,穿入锥形筒1内腔。油缸6的进出油口,径进出油管与液压控制柜9相连。液压控制柜9控制油缸6的活塞5往复运动,带动捅杆7顺锥形筒1的内壁也往复运动,使物料扰动而不堵塞,料仓持续稳定运行,工效高,供料均匀。用于各种料仓。

背景技术
工程科技的粉料输送技术中,常用一种漏斗式料仓,如火电厂的原煤仓。这种设备的特点是漏斗大口接集进料;漏斗小口动态出料。由于漏斗过流截面逐渐缩小,斗内物料所受物料压力,自上而下逐渐增加,物料内摩擦增加,与漏斗内表面的摩擦力也逐渐增加,以致形成漏斗,特别是出口处堵塞,形成架空状态。生产中,工人用敲打斗壁来缓解,或用桶杆来桶。
发明内容
漏斗式料仓防堵机要解决的技术问题是:防止料仓在运行过程中产生物料流动不畅、堵塞、板结。
采用的技术方案是:把漏斗出口段改设防堵器。使漏斗出口的物料由防堵器时时向下桶动。
漏斗式料仓防堵器(图1)由锥形筒1、油缸6、桶杆7、液压控制柜9组成。锥形筒1呈锥台形,粗端在上,用螺钉3与料斗2相连;细端在下,用螺栓10与物料输入下一流程的受料器13,如皮带输送机相连。
锥形筒1外壁纵向均布一组油缸6。油缸6的活塞杆5与拐把式桶杆7铰连。桶杆7穿过装于锥形筒1大端面法兰边上的密封轴承4,穿入锥形筒1内腔。油缸6的进出油口,经进出油管与液压控制柜9相连。
料仓输送物料时,液压控制柜9内的单片机自动控制的分配器控制油缸6 的活塞8、活塞杆5往复运动,活塞杆5连接并带动拐把式桶杆7顺锥形筒1的
漏斗式料仓防堵机的有益效果是:有效地防止了料仓堵塞,使料仓持续稳定运行,提高了工效,改善了物料供给均匀性。

具体实施方式
锥形筒1用不锈钢板制造。锥形筒1粗端有俩台阶,上台阶是大平法兰16, 其上均布一组螺孔,供旋入螺钉3;大平法兰16的内圆供料斗2的大子口15 插入,使二者径向无缝连接,实现光滑过渡,利于物料流动。下台阶的环状平 面上均布一组密封轴承4,其内装有盘根对桶杆7进行密封。锥形筒1细端有 小平法兰11,其上均布一组光孔,供螺栓10穿过。小平法兰11下端面有小子 口12,插入受料器13的进料孔,实现径向无缝光滑过渡,亦利物料流动。
油缸6为双作用油缸,刚性连接在锥形筒1上,液压控制柜9内含电 动油泵和单片机自动控制的分配器,控制双作用油缸6往复运动。
桶杆7下端装有三角形铲头14,直铲刃在下铲除力强;俩铲边下斜返程阻力 小。

1.漏斗式料仓防堵机,包括油缸(6)、液压控制柜(9)内含的电动油泵、单片机自动控制的分配器,其特征是:由锥形筒(1)、油缸(6)、捅杆(7)、液压控制柜(9)组成;锥形筒(1)呈锥台形,粗端在上,细端在下;锥形筒(1)外壁纵向均布一组油缸(6);油缸(6)的活塞杆(5)与拐把式捅杆(7)铰连;捅杆(7)穿过装于锥形筒(1)大端面法兰边上的密封轴承(4),穿入锥形筒(1)内腔;油缸(6)的进出油口,经进出油管与液压控制柜(9)相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的漏斗式料仓防堵机,其特征是:锥形筒(1)用不锈钢板制造;锥形筒(1)粗端有俩台阶,上台阶是大平法兰(16),其上均布一组螺孔,下台阶的环状平面上均布一组密封轴承(4),其内装有盘根;锥形筒(1)细端有小平法兰(11),其上均布一组光孔;小平法兰(11)下端面有小子口(12)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的漏斗式料仓防堵机,其特征是:油缸(6)为双作用油缸,刚性连接在锥形筒(1)上。
