技术领域
本实用新型涉及钢帘线技术领域,特别是一种具有2+8结构的全开放型钢帘线。
背景技术
钢帘线是橡胶骨架材料中发展最为广阔的产品,也是在金属制品中生产难度最大的产品。国际合成纤维标准化局在标准中对钢帘线的定义是:“由两根或两根以上钢丝组成的,或者由股与股的组合或者由股与丝的组合所形成的结构。”传统的斜交胎是用纤维(如聚酯帘线、尼龙帘线)作为骨架材料的,而新型的子午线轮胎则选用钢帘线作为骨架材料,按其结构可分为全钢子午线轮胎和半钢子午线轮胎,前者的带束层和胎体全部采用钢帘线作为骨架材料,后者的带束层用钢帘线、胎体用纤维作为骨架材料。轿车、轻型卡车一般采用半钢子午线轮胎,载重型卡车、工程机械车采用全钢子午线轮胎。
现有的钢帘线结构如3+8*0.33HT外层钢丝之间有足够大的间隙,橡胶能通过间隙渗透到外侧,但是,芯股形成了一个闭合的空间,橡胶无法渗透进去,导致有空气残留在中心缝隙中,并且当轮胎一旦受到损伤钢帘线裸露时,更容易有空气、水气进入到中心缝隙中,导致钢帘线整个长度方向的腐蚀,降低了钢帘线局部的强度及粘合力。
发明内容
本实用新型需要解决的技术问题是提供一种性能优异且钢帘线局部强度大的全开放型钢帘线。
为解决上述的技术问题,本实用新型的一种具有2+8结构的全开放型钢帘线,包括中心层和外层,所述中心层由直径为d1的两根丝线以捻距p1卷绕而成,在所述外层中直径为d2的八根丝线以捻距p2卷绕在中心层周围;所述外层相邻丝线之间的间隙L1不小于25μm。
进一步的,所述中心层丝线直径d1为外层丝线直径d2的86%-115%。
进一步的,所述中心层和外层两层丝线为同向捻。
更进一步的,所述中心层捻距p1为外层捻距p2的35%-75%。
采用上述结构后,本实用新型从结构上保证了钢帘线内外层的开放性,充分保证了100%的渗胶性,消除了所有密闭缝隙,而100%的渗胶对提高钢帘线在轮胎中的疲劳寿命及粘合力寿命作用十分关键,是性能优异的帘线。

如图1所示,本实用新型一种具有2+8结构的全开放型钢帘线1,包括中心,1和外层2,所述中心层1由直径为d1的两根丝线以捻距p1卷绕而成,在所述外层2中直径为d2的八根丝线以捻距p2卷绕在中心层周围;所述外层2相邻丝线之间的间隙L1不小于25μm,本实施方式中外层2中相邻丝线之间的间隙L1为58μm。
进一步的,所述中心层丝线直径d1为外层丝线直径d2的86%-115%。
进一步的,所述中心层和外层两层丝线为同向捻,所述中心层捻距p1为外层捻距p2的35%-75%。与现有3+8结构相比,本结构确保了100%的渗胶及芯股与外层钢丝的锚固力,提高了钢帘线的疲劳寿命、粘合力寿命,从而大幅度提高了轮胎的寿命。本实用新型适用于即适用于NT、HT、ST、UT、MT各强度等级帘线。
实施方式一:
以2x0.35+8x0.34HT 8/18SS为例
1、生产0.35HT的半成品黄铜丝直径2.10mm;
2、生产0.34HT的半成品黄铜丝直径1.90mm;
3、生产中心层2x0.35HT;
4、生产成品2x0.35+8x0.34HT 8/18SS。
由于100%的渗胶性能,该规格在轮胎中的疲劳寿命、粘合力寿命优于目前常用的3+8x0.33HT 10/18SS帘线。

1.一种具有2+8结构的全开放型钢帘线,包括中心层和外层,其特征在于:所述中心层由直径为d1的两根丝线以捻距p1卷绕而成,在所述外层中直径为d2的八根丝线以捻距p2卷绕在中心层周围;所述外层相邻丝线之间的间隙L1不小于25μm。
2.按照权利要求1所述的一种具有2+8结构的全开放型钢帘线,其特征在于:所述中心层丝线直径d1为外层丝线直径d2的86%-115%。
3.按照权利要求1所述的一种具有2+8结构的全开放型钢帘线,其特征在于:所述中心层和外层两层丝线为同向捻。
4.按照权利要求3所述的一种具有2+8结构的全开放型钢帘线,其特征在于:所述中心层捻距p1为外层捻距p2的35%-75%。
