本实用新型涉及一种铅酸蓄电池,尤其是一种具有防短路功能的铅酸蓄电池。
背景技术
铅酸蓄电池一般包括外壳和电池盖,电池盖上设有正极端子孔和负极端子孔,通常为了方便连接线的焊接,连接正极板的正极端子和连接负极板的负极端子分别从外壳中经正极端子孔和负极端子孔伸出电池盖盖面。这种电池在存放、运输以及使用过程中,因电池叠放等情形,很容易因操作不当导致电池短路,发生危险;而且两个正负极端子经常会磨坏叠放在上面的电池的底部,造成电池漏液短路现象。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的问题是提供一种能有效避免电池正负极端子短路,以及避免在电池叠放等情形下端子对叠放在上面的电池底部的接触的铅酸蓄电池。
本实用新型提供的技术方案是:一种铅酸蓄电池,包括外壳和电池盖,电池盖上设有正极端子孔和负极端子孔,正极端子从外壳中经正极端子孔伸出电池盖盖面,负极端子从外壳中经负极端子孔伸出电池盖盖面,其关键是,所述正极端子和负极端子上均设有螺纹连接孔和内端子孔,内端子插入并焊接连接在内端子孔中,所述内端子孔上部具有因焊接形成的焊接凸台,焊接凸台略高于所在的正极端子或负极端子顶面,在正极端子和负极端子一侧的电池盖盖面上设有电池中盖,电池中盖顶面高于焊接凸台,在正极端子和负极端子之间的电池盖盖面上设有U型台,U型台的开口背向电池中盖,U型台的底边紧贴电池中盖侧壁,所述U型台的二侧边的顶面与电池中盖顶面平齐。
所述正极端子和负极端子的外侧边分别靠接有极性防错凸台,极性防错凸台与电池盖连为一体。
本实用新型采用上述结构,由于电池中盖顶面高于焊接凸台,且由于焊接凸台略高于所在的正极端子或负极端子顶面,在正极端子和负极端子之间的电池盖盖面上设有U型台, U型台的二侧边的顶面与电池中盖顶面平齐,能有效避免电池正负极端子短路,以及避免在电池叠放等情形下端子对叠放在上面的电池底部的接触,而且方便连接线与端子的连接。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型包括外壳3和电池盖2,电池盖2上设有正极端子孔和负极端子孔,正极端子5从外壳3中经正极端子孔伸出电池盖2盖面,负极端子4从外壳3中经负极端子孔伸出电池盖2盖面。所述正极端子5和负极端子4上均设有螺纹连接孔7、6和内端子孔,内端子插入并焊接连接在内端子孔中,所述内端子孔上部具有因焊接形成的焊接凸台9、8,焊接凸台9、8略高于所在的正极端子5或负极端子4顶面,在正极端子5和负极端子4一侧的电池盖2盖面上设有电池中盖1,电池中盖1顶面高于焊接凸台9、8,在正极端子5和负极端子4之间的电池盖2盖面上设有U型台12,U型台12的开口12.2背向电池中盖1,U型台12的底边12.1紧贴电池中盖1侧壁,所述U型台12的二侧边10.3、10.4的顶面与电池中盖顶面平齐。
所述正极端子5和负极端子4的外侧边分别靠接有极性防错凸台10、11,极性防错凸台10、11与电池盖2连为一体。该结构可以避免正极端子5和负极端子4与外接连接线的错接。
本实用新型由于电池中盖顶面高于焊接凸台,且由于焊接凸台略高于所在的正极端子或负极端子顶面,在正极端子和负极端子之间的电池盖盖面上设有U型台, U型台的二侧边的顶面与电池中盖顶面平齐,能有效避免电池正负极端子短路,以及避免在电池叠放等情形下端子对叠放在上面的电池底部的接触,而且方便连接线与端子的连接。另外,本实用新型电池中盖不仅用于遮盖或开启露出电池加液口等的作用,同时用作电池叠放等情形下对叠放在上面的电池底部支撑。

1.一种铅酸蓄电池,包括外壳和电池盖,电池盖上设有正极端子孔和负极端子孔,正极端子从外壳中经正极端子孔伸出电池盖盖面,负极端子从外壳中经负极端子孔伸出电池盖盖面,其特征在于:所述正极端子和负极端子上均设有螺纹连接孔和内端子孔,内端子插入并焊接连接在内端子孔中,所述内端子孔上部具有因焊接形成的焊接凸台,焊接凸台略高于所在的正极端子或负极端子顶面,在正极端子和负极端子一侧的电池盖盖面上设有电池中盖,电池中盖顶面高于焊接凸台,在正极端子和负极端子之间的电池盖盖面上设有U型台,U型台的开口背向电池中盖,U型台的底边紧贴电池中盖侧壁,所述U型台的二侧边的顶面与电池中盖顶面平齐。
