[0002]近年来,国内煤化工行业得到迅速发展,但是煤化工企业排放废水是公认的难处 理废水之一,所产生的废水是一种含有大量有毒有害物质的废水,该废水经过煤气水分离 装置、酚氨回收等处理工序后进入生化处理,是一种典型的含有难降解的有机化合物的工 业废水,废水所含有机污染物包括酚类、氨类、油、尘、多环芳香族化合物等有毒、有害物质, 总体性质表现为酚类及油份浓度高、有毒及抑制性物质多、生化处理过程中难以实现有机 污染物的完全降解、对环境构成严重污染。但目前市面的废水处理装置存在诸多缺陷,难以 适应现代工业的要求,急需改善。 实用新型内容

Claims (9)
1.一种用于废水处理的油尘分离装置,包括壳体和支座,所述壳体置于支座上,其特征 在于,所述壳体设有内腔,所述内腔设置过滤装置,所述内腔的下部包括过水流道,所述内 腔的上部包括聚油通道,所述壳体上设有进水口,废水从进水口进入至所述内腔的过水流 道后,通过所述过滤装置进行过滤,所述分离装置的上部设有出油口, 下部设有出尘口和产水口;所述过滤装置内设有集水管,所述废水经过过滤装置过滤 后,干净的水进入至所述集水管中,再从产水口中产出;所述废水中的轻油从所述出油口中 排出,所述废水中的渣尘从所述出尘口排出。
2.如权利要求1所述的油尘分离装置,其特征在于,所述过滤装置的两侧设有滤膜隔 网,所述过滤装置的内腔中设有用于过滤的堆积膜结构,所述堆积膜结构置于所述集水管 的周围。
3. 如权利要求2所述的油尘分离装置,其特征在于,所述集水管位于所述过滤装置的中 心位置,与所述产水口连接,所述过水流道位于所述过滤装置的周围。
4. 如权利要求3所述的油尘分离装置,其特征在于,所述废水通过过水流道后,透过所 述滤膜隔网进入至所述过滤装置的内腔中,并经过堆积膜结构的过滤,干净的水进入至所 述集水管中,轻油漂浮至所述聚油通道中,所述聚油通道与所述出油口连接;渣尘在重力作 用下,往下掉落,从壳体下部的出尘口排出。
5. 如权利要求4所述的油尘分离装置,其特征在于,所述过滤装置的下端还设有底部隔 板,所述过滤装置置于所述底部隔板上;所述集水管穿过底部隔板。
6. 如权利要求5所述的油尘分离装置,其特征在于,所述底部隔板为网状结构。
7. 如权利要求1至6任一项所述的油尘分离装置,其特征在于,所述壳体的内腔上布设 有一个或多个布水管道,所述壳体的外壁还设有多个流通水管,所述流通水管上还设有固 定夹。
8. 如权利要求7所述的油尘分离装置,其特征在于,所述壳体的外壁的上端还设有吊 耳。
9. 如权利要求8所述的油尘分离装置,其特征在于,所述壳体的外壁还设有入料孔。
