Abstract
本发明涉及一种过滤装置，包括壳体，所述壳体顶端与底端分别设有进水口、出水口，所述壳体内壁设置有双层滤板，双层滤板设有网状孔，双层滤板之间设置有过滤介质，所述进水口处设置有滤布，所述双层滤板下部设置有滤芯，所述滤芯的下部呈锥形，所述滤芯与所述出水口相通。本发明的滤料、滤芯吸污能力强，过滤速度快，净化效果好，安全可靠，无污染，使用寿命长，同时设置的吸泵与吸管可将残渣吸走，避免堵塞滤布。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种分离或净化液体的过滤装置。
背景技术
过滤是工业生产中的重要工序，如石油化工中的油脂过滤、染料的滤清和提纯、化工生产中的污水处理、制酒行业中酒液的滤清等。为了将杂质去掉，往往将一网状物或一具有许多微孔的过滤介质放在进口处，使液体经过一定的过滤后再进入壳体，但是这种过滤不彻底，使很多杂质仍然留在液体中，而且过滤速度低、过滤介质清洗困难、清洗不彻底，清洗后的过滤介质有效过滤面积大大减少，不适用于大粘度液体的过滤。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术的不足，提供一种结构简单、过滤速度快、净化效果好的过滤装置。
为达到上述目的，本发明采用的技术方案为：一种过滤装置，包括壳体，所述壳体顶端与底端分别设有进水口、出水口，所述壳体内壁设置有双层滤板，双层滤板设有网状孔，双层滤板之间设置有过滤介质，所述进水口处设置有滤布，所述双层滤板下部设置有滤芯，所述滤芯的下部呈锥形，所述滤芯与所述出水口相通。
本发明一个较佳实施例中，过滤装置进一步包括还设置有吸管、与吸管一端连接的吸泵，所述吸管另一端设置在所述滤布处。
本发明一个较佳实施例中，过滤装置进一步包括所述壳体上设置有排气口和人孔。
本发明一个较佳实施例中，过滤装置进一步包括所述过滤介质为石英砂滤料。
本发明一个较佳实施例中，过滤装置进一步包括所述壳体底壁设置有磁铁。
本本发明解决了背景技术中存在的缺陷，本发明的滤料、滤芯吸污能力强，过滤速度快，净化效果好，安全可靠，无污染，使用寿命长，同时设置的吸泵与吸管可将残渣吸走，避免堵塞滤布。

具体实施方式
现在结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步详细的说明，这些附图均为简化的示意图，仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构，因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
如图1所示，一种过滤装置，包括壳体1，所述壳体1顶端与底端分别设有进水口2、出水口3，所述壳体1内壁设置有双层滤板4，双层滤板4设有网状孔5，双层滤板4之间设置有过滤介质6，所述进水口2处设置有滤布7，所述双层滤板4下部设置有滤芯8，所述滤芯8的下部呈锥形，所述滤芯8与所述出水口3相通，便于经滤芯8过滤后的水从出水口3流出，过滤效果好且水流顺畅。
为了防止残渣堵塞滤布，延长使用寿命，还设置有吸管9、与吸管9一端连接的吸泵10，所述吸管9另一端设置在所述滤布7处。
本发明优选所述壳体1上设置有排气口11和人孔12。
本发明优选所述过滤介质6为石英砂滤料，抗腐蚀能力强，能将细微的悬浮物阻拦下来，截污能力强，进一步提高了过滤效果。
另外，所述壳体1底壁设置有磁铁13，吸附杂质的速度快且吸附容量大，经久耐用。
本发明的工作原理如下：
不洁净的水从进水口2进入，大的颗粒和杂质经滤布7过滤后进入壳体1，同时颗粒和杂质经吸管9由吸泵10吸至壳体1外，第一次过滤后的水再经双层滤板4内的石英砂滤料6过滤，第二次过滤后的水通过磁铁13吸附杂质后再进入滤芯8，由滤芯8高效过滤后从出水口3排出。

1.一种过滤装置，包括壳体，所述壳体顶端与底端分别设有进水口、出水口，其特征在于：所述壳体内壁设置有双层滤板，双层滤板设有网状孔，双层滤板之间设置有过滤介质，所述进水口处设置有滤布，所述双层滤板下部设置有滤芯，所述滤芯的下部呈锥形，所述滤芯与所述出水口相通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的过滤装置，其特征在于：还设置有吸管、与吸管一端连接的吸泵，所述吸管另一端设置在所述滤布处。
3.根据权利要求1所述的过滤装置，其特征在于：所述壳体上设置有排气口和人孔。
4.根据权利要求1所述的过滤装置，其特征在于：所述过滤介质为石英砂滤料。
5.根据权利要求1所述的过滤装置，其特征在于：所述壳体底壁设置有磁铁。
