背景技术
在以四氯化钛为原料的生产中，四氯化钛一般用储罐进行暂时储存，转运或者取用时使用打料泵把四氯化钛送进槽罐车的罐体内，槽罐车罐体设有泄压口以排出空气，但四氯化钛在输送过程中，泄压口与外界大气之间有气体交换，这时四氯化钛与空气接触产生的有毒的白烟会通过泄压口进入外界空气中，危害环境，严重影响人体健康。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种对环境污染小的四氯化钛储罐回路装车装置。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是:
一种四氯化钛储罐回路装车装置，包括储罐和打料泵，打料泵连接储罐下部，打料泵与储罐之间设有阀门，打料泵的出料口端设有料液输送管，料液输送管上设有阀门；储罐上部设有呼吸管线，呼吸管线的另一端设有风机；储罐上部还设有回路管；呼吸管线与回路管上均设有阀门。
优选的，所述阀门为球阀。
优选的，所述回路管上还设有止回阀。
本实用新型在储罐上设置了回路管，回路管一端连接泄压口，风机连接储罐，四氯化钛与槽罐车的罐体内空气接触产生的白烟通过回路管进入储罐，然后被风机抽走进行后续处理，从而避免白烟逸散到外界空气中，风机也能够对储罐在使用过程中不可避免产生的白烟进行排出工作，从而大幅减少逸散到环境中的白烟，减小了对环境的污染，保障了工作人员的健康；回路管上设置的止回阀能够防止白烟或者四氯化钛倒流进入槽罐车的罐体内；打料泵两端设置的阀门能够在打料泵结束工作后及时阻断四氯化钛，防止四氯化钛流出从而与空气接触散布白烟；呼吸管线和回路管上的球阀关闭后能够使储罐内四氯化钛不与外界空气接触；而且回路管能够使槽罐车与储罐压力平衡，保证料液装车的顺利进行。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步描述。
参见图1，一种四氯化钛储罐回路装车装置，包括储罐4和打料泵9，打料泵9连接储罐4下部，打料泵9与储罐4之间设有第一阀门8，打料泵9的出料口一端设置料液输送管7，料液输送管7上设有第二阀门6，第一阀门8和第二阀门6均为球阀；储罐4上部设有呼吸管线2，呼吸管线2的另一端设有风机1，风机1与储罐4之间的呼吸管线2上设有呼吸管线球阀21，风机1的出风口端连接处理白烟的设备；储罐4上部还设有回路管3，回路管3上设有回路管球阀31和止回阀5。
使用时，将回路管3的自由端连接在槽罐车10的罐体的泄压口上，然后启动风机1，这时槽罐车10的罐体内的部分空气通过回路管3被风机1抽走，储罐4和槽罐车10的罐体内处于负压状态，减少四氯化钛与空气的接触时间和接触量；然后将料液输送管7一端连接在槽罐车10的罐体的进料口，打开第一阀门8和第二阀门6后启动打料泵9进行装车工作；装车工作中风机1一直保持工作状态，以保持储罐4和槽罐车10的罐体内的负压状态，同时随时抽走装车工作中产生的白烟；装车结束后，首先关闭打料泵9，关闭第二阀门6后关闭第一阀门8，防止四氯化钛泄露，封闭进料口和泄压口后取下料液输送管7，风机1继续运行一段时间使回路管3和储罐4中白烟尽量排除后关闭呼吸管线球阀21和回路管球阀31，使储罐4内的四氯化钛不与外界空气接触，最后关闭风机1并取下回路管3。本实用新型大幅减少了逸散到环境的白烟，减小了对环境的污染，保证了工作人员的健康，槽罐车10与储罐4内压力平衡，料液装车能够顺利进行。

1.一种四氯化钛储罐回路装车装置，包括储罐和打料泵，打料泵连接储罐下部，其特征在于：打料泵与储罐之间设有阀门，打料泵的出料口端设有料液输送管，料液输送管上设有阀门；储罐上部设有呼吸管线，呼吸管线的另一端设有风机；储罐上部还设有回路管；呼吸管线与回路管上均设有阀门。
