本实用新型提供一种蓄电池板栅结构,包括板栅外框和板栅条,所述板栅条设置在板栅外框内,所述板栅条上设置有柄头,所述板栅条中部设置有改向斜条,通过改向斜条将板栅条从五条改为四条,改变板栅条的分布密度。通过改向斜条对板栅条的方向进行修改,使板栅上半部的板栅密度增加,提高板栅上部的铅膏利用率,进而延长蓄电池的使用寿命。

本实用新型涉及蓄电池制造领域,尤其涉及一种蓄电池板栅结构。
背景技术
目前在制造蓄电池时,需要对蓄电池板栅进行制造,而目前的板栅结构,为平行设置的板栅条,板栅上下间距是一致的,但是由于极板在不深放电的情况下有效使用高度是板栅的2/3,因此上半部分的铅膏利用率不足。因此,解决板栅铅膏利用率不足的问题就显得尤为重要了。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种蓄电池板栅结构,通过改向斜条对板栅条的方向进行修改,使板栅上半部的板栅密度增加,提高板栅上部的铅膏利用率,解决了板栅铅膏利用率不足的问题。
本实用新型提供一种蓄电池板栅结构,包括板栅外框和板栅条,所述板栅条设置在板栅外框内,所述板栅条上设置有柄头,所述板栅条中部设置有改向斜条,通过改向斜条将板栅条从五条改为四条,改变板栅条的分布密度。
进一步改进在于:所述改向斜条与板栅条之间设置有滑动调整块,通过滑动调整块调整改向斜条在板栅条上的位置,进而调整板栅条的间距。
进一步改进在于:所述板栅条上设置有加强条。
本实用新型的有益效果是:通过改向斜条对板栅条的方向进行修改,使板栅上半部的板栅密度增加,提高板栅上部的铅膏利用率,进而延长蓄电池的使用寿命。

如图1所示,本实施例提供了一种蓄电池板栅结构,包括板栅外框1和板栅条2,所述板栅条2设置在板栅外框1内,所述板栅条2上设置有柄头3,所述板栅条2中部设置有改向斜条4,通过改向斜条4将板栅条2从五条改为四条,改变板栅条2的分布密度。所述改向斜条4与板栅条2之间设置有滑动调整块5,通过滑动调整块5调整改向斜条4在板栅条2上的位置,进而调整板栅条2的间距。所述板栅条2上设置有加强条6。通过改向斜条4对板栅条2的方向进行修改,使板栅上半部的板栅密度增加,提高板栅上部的铅膏利用率,进而延长蓄电池的使用寿命。

1.一种蓄电池板栅结构,包括板栅外框(1)和板栅条(2),所述板栅条(2)设置在板栅外框(1)内,所述板栅条(2)上设置有柄头(3),其特征在于:所述板栅条(2)中部设置有改向斜条(4),通过改向斜条(4)将板栅条(2)从五条改为四条,改变板栅条(2)的分布密度。
2.如权利要求1所述的蓄电池板栅结构,其特征在于:所述改向斜条(4)与板栅条(2)之间设置有滑动调整块(5),通过滑动调整块(5)调整改向斜条(4)在板栅条(2)上的位置,进而调整板栅条(2)的间距。
3.如权利要求1所述的蓄电池板栅结构,其特征在于:所述板栅条(2)上设置有加强条(6)。
