本实用新型涉及一种碳铅电池中的碳素电池板栅,属于化学电源技术领域。 
背景技术
铅酸电池中的正极板和负极板是由正极铅膏或负极铅膏涂布在铅或铅合金板栅上制成。通常包括边框和边框上部的极耳,边框中设置有筋条。板栅的作用是汇集、分布和传导电流以及支撑正负电极板的活性物质。板栅的厚度一般不大于4mm,制造工艺为铸造加工成型。 
现在的铅或铅合金板栅由于是在边框中设置筋条,使得结构较复杂,质量大(铅的密度为11.4),同时提高了加工成本。 
发明内容
本实用新型针对现有铅酸电池板栅存在的不足,提供一种质量小、成本低的碳素电池板栅。 
本实用新型的碳素电池板栅,采用以下技术解决方案: 
该板栅,呈平板状结构,板面上分布有通孔。
该板栅不用铅,而主要用密度为2.26的石墨。 
通孔可以为任意形状,如圆形、方形或其它形状。 
本实用新型碳素电池的板栅设计成简单的板状,省去了复杂的筋条结构,减轻了质量,便于加工,不用铅,降低了成本。这样可使电池总成减少用铅量50%,质量减小约50%。

具体实施方式
如附图所示,本实用新型的碳素电池板栅1结构简单,呈平板状结构,由石墨、硅、钛和纤维素等多种材料经压制、烧结制成,其板面上均匀分布有圆形或其它形状的通孔2。整个板栅为微孔结构,其面积大小由电池功率决定。经测试,该板栅具有良好的导电性,电阻率相当于铅的电阻率,机械强度理想,在16.7Hz频率、2mm振幅测试条件下,水平振动和垂直振动各1小时顺利通过。
