技术领域
本实用新型属于电解冶炼技术领域,特别是金属电解中所用的阴极板的改进。
背景技术
由于金属钛具有较好的耐腐蚀性,因此被大量用于电解冶炼中的电极。常规的钛阴极导电棒任采用钛金属,但是由于钛金属导电性较差,会导致电解效率的下降,为了解决这个问题,采用了两只复合吊耳来固定钛阴极的结构,即用铜材制作吊耳内层以利用铜的高导电率,在铜材吊耳外复合一层钛材以提高耐腐蚀性。由于吊耳与钛阴极接触面较小,导致导电不均匀,另外吊耳强度难以保证。
发明内容
本实用新型目的是提供一种钛阴极母板,不仅提高阴极板强度,而且有助于提高电解冶炼质量。
具体地说,钛阴极母板,具有钛阴极板,在钛阴极板上边沿连接有用铜材制成的导电棒。
钛阴极板上边沿用导电棒夹持固定为一体。具体夹持方式包括两种:
钛阴极板上边沿被夹紧在两根导电棒之间并用铆钉铆接为一体;或导电棒上制有直槽,钛阴极板上边沿镶入该直槽固定。
本实用新型不仅提高了钛阴极的机械强度,而且铜材导电棒电流稳定,密度均匀,电解质量好。

具体实施方式
图1和图2给出了本实用新型具体实施方式。钛阴极母板,具有钛阴极板1,在阴极板1上边沿用导电棒2夹持固定为一体。夹持固定方式有两种:
钛阴极板1上边沿被夹紧在两根导电棒2之间并用铆钉3铆接为一体。
也可以采用导电棒2上制有直槽,钛阴极板1上边沿镶入该直槽固定。最好在钛阴极板1上边沿与导电棒2接触位置设置密封条或密封胶保证其接触的紧密性。

1.钛阴极母板,具有钛阴极板(1),其特征是钛阴极板(1)上边沿连接有用铜材制成的导电棒(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的钛阴极母板,其特征是钛阴极板(1)上边沿用导电棒(2)夹持固定为一体。
3.根据权利要求2所述的钛阴极母板,其特征是导电棒(2)为两根,钛阴极板(1)上边沿被夹紧在两根导电棒(2)之间并用铆钉(3)铆接为一体。
4.根据权利要求2所述的钛阴极母板,其特征是导电棒(2)上制有直槽,钛阴极板(1)上边沿镶入该直槽固定。
