本实用新型涉及一种阴极板用导电块,尤其涉及一种电解铜粉阴极板用导电块。
背景技术
在铜粉电解槽中,阴极板、阳极板交错排列,按工艺要求保持一定间距。现有的阴极板有一长一短两个挂耳,长挂耳端直接与导电铜排接触导电,短挂耳端不与导电铜排接触因此不导电。由于阴极板通常较簿(4-6mm),且两挂耳之间的距离由电解槽面的宽度确定,因此,导电面积由阴极板厚度与挂耳长度决定。由于阴极板较簿,挂耳与导电铜排接触截面积小,因此导致电解过程中挂耳发烫,降低了导电效率。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种可使阴极板挂耳不易发烫的阴极板用导电块。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的,一种阴极板用导电块,其特征在于:所述导电块为L型且置于导电铜排上,所述导电块的侧面与阴极板的长挂耳侧面接触连接。
所述导电块上设有两个连接孔且通过螺栓与阴极板的长挂耳连接。

实施例,一种阴极板用导电块,导电块1为L型且置于导电铜排4上,导电块1的侧面与阴极板3的长挂耳侧面接触连接,导电块1上设有两个连接孔2且通过螺栓与阴极板3长挂耳连接。
