技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种余热回收装置,特别涉及一种锅炉余热回收中使用的余热回收装置。
背景技术
各种窑炉尾气均含有较多的固体烟尘,但又具有300-400℃左右的余热,直接送入一般的余热回收装置,易产生堵灰、磨损及腐蚀,但采用一般换热装置其辐射热传热量又小,因而要开发一种采用间接式余热回收装置,将辐射传热转换为对流传热,可大大提高传热效率,且不易堵灰及磨损。

本实用新型是一种设计合理、成本低廉、适用性强的余热回收装置,采用如下的技术方案。
旋流式多通道余热交换装置,包括烟气管道,其特征在于:还包括包覆于烟气管道外面的外壳体;所述外壳体两端设有冷风进口和热风出口,在所述外壳体内部紧贴所述烟气管道管道壁外侧安装有旋流机构以及水路管道;所述旋流机构为若干片旋流叶片拼接而成,所述旋流机构和所述水路管道从外壳体的冷风进口端沿所述烟气管道管道壁外侧旋绕至热风出口端;所述外壳体可为圆形外壳或方形外壳;所述旋流叶片直径小于所述烟气管道管道壁和所述外壳体内壁的距离。
本实用新型通过在烟气管道外壁设计旋流机构,冷风经过旋流叶片,促进冷风在烟气管道与外壳体间旋转流动,增加冷风在余热管道停留的时间,大大提高了原辐射传热的传热效果,被加热的冷风一般可达到150℃-200℃,可用于干燥或用于燃烧设备送风,同时水路管道可以实现水路余热加热,本实用新型可以大大提高锅炉余热回收的功率,并具有传热系数高、制作工艺简单的特点。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示,旋流式多通道余热交换装置,包括烟气管道1,还包括包覆于烟气管道1外面的外壳体2;所述外壳体2两端设有冷风进口21和热风出口22,在所述外壳体2内部紧贴所述烟气管道1管道壁外侧安装有旋流机构3以及水路管道4;所述旋流机构3为若干片旋流叶片31拼接而成,所述旋流机构3和所述水路管道4从外壳体2的冷风进口端沿所述烟气管道1管道壁外侧旋绕至热风出口端;所述外壳体2可为圆形外壳或方形外壳;所述旋流叶片31直径小于所述烟气管道1管道壁和所述外壳体2内壁的距离。
本实施例中,烟气管道内为尾气,温度300-400℃,本装置连接送风机或泵等,在冷风进口处通入冷风,冷风经过旋流叶片,促进冷风在烟气管道与外壳体间旋转流动,增加冷风在余热管道停留的时间,大大提高了原辐射传热的传热效果,被加热的冷风一般可达到150℃-200℃,可用于干燥或用于燃烧设备送风,同时水路管道可以接通水路实现水路余热加热。
