本实用新型涉及一种减速机的改进发明。
背景技术
现有技术中,输出轴为空心轴的减速机,其输入轴与电机轴之间要通过联轴器进行连接,因此整体尺寸通常偏大,这也影响到减速机的输出扭矩,而且结构较为复杂且装配不方便。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术的不足,本实用新型的目的旨在提供一种整体尺寸小、输出扭矩增大、结构简化且装配方便的强力同轴型空心轴减速机。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型是采取如下技术方案来完成的:
强力同轴型空心轴减速机,由电机部件和减速部件组成,减速部件包括减速箱体、输入轴和输出轴,其特征在于:输入轴与输出轴同轴设置,输出轴为空心轴,电机部件的电机转子轴作为减速部件的输入轴,减速箱体内设有传动轴,传动轴的轴两端由轴承进行回转支承,传动轴的中间安装大齿轮和小齿轮,大齿轮与输入轴轴端设有的输入轴齿轮传动啮合,小齿轮与输出轴设有的输出轴齿轮传动啮合。
电机部件包括电机壳体,电机壳体的前后端为开口结构,电机壳体的后端连接后端盖,电机壳体的前端通过双连法兰与减速箱体连接,双连法兰从前后法兰的中间向前穿入连接减速箱体的前螺钉,向后穿入连接电机壳体的后螺钉。
输入轴与输出轴之间设有隔板,隔板与减速箱体为分体结构,隔板固定连接于减速箱体内,隔板上设有轴承孔,轴承孔内安装轴承对输出轴靠近输入轴一侧的轴端进行回转支承。
采用上述技术方案后,电机转子轴直接作为减速部件的输入轴,去除连接电机轴与输入轴的联轴器,因此减速机的整体尺寸小,同时能够有效增大减速机的输出力矩;另外,通过上述的设计,减速机的结构较为简单,同时装配也方便。

如图所示,本实用新型的强力同轴型空心轴减速机,由电机部件和减速部件组成,减速部件包括减速箱体2、输入轴10和输出轴1,输入轴10与输出轴1同轴设置,输出轴1为空心轴,电机部件的电机转子轴作为减速部件的输入轴10,减速箱体1内设有传动轴14,传动轴14的轴两端由轴承进行回转支承,传动轴14的中间安装大齿轮13和小齿轮12,大齿轮13与输入轴10轴端设有的输入轴齿轮5传动啮合,小齿轮12与输出轴1设有的输出轴齿轮3传动啮合,输入轴10与输出轴1之间设有隔板4,隔板4与减速箱体2为分体结构,隔板4固定连接于减速箱体2内,隔板4上设有轴承孔,轴承孔内安装轴承对输出轴1靠近输入轴一侧的轴端进行回转支承;电机部件包括电机壳体9,电机壳体9的前后端为开口结构,电机壳体9的后端连接后端盖11,电机壳体9的前端通过双连法兰7与减速箱体2固定相连,双连法兰7从前后法兰的中间向前穿入连接减速箱体2的前螺钉6,向后穿入连接电机壳体9的后螺钉8。

1.强力同轴型空心轴减速机,由电机部件和减速部件组成,减速部件包括减速箱体、输入轴和输出轴,其特征在于:输入轴与输出轴同轴设置,输出轴为空心轴,电机部件的电机转子轴作为减速部件的输入轴,减速箱体内设有传动轴,传动轴的轴两端由轴承进行回转支承,传动轴的中间安装大齿轮和小齿轮,大齿轮与输入轴轴端设有的输入轴齿轮传动啮合,小齿轮与输出轴设有的输出轴齿轮传动啮合。
2.如权利要求1所述的强力同轴型空心轴减速机,其特征在于:电机部件包括电机壳体,电机壳体的前后端为开口结构,电机壳体的后端连接后端盖,电机壳体的前端通过双连法兰与减速箱体连接,双连法兰从前后法兰的中间向前穿入连接减速箱体的前螺钉,向后穿入连接电机壳体的后螺钉。
3.如权利要求1所述的强力同轴型空心轴减速机,其特征在于:输入轴与输出轴之间设有隔板,隔板与减速箱体为分体结构,隔板固定连接于减速箱体内,隔板上设有轴承孔,轴承孔内安装轴承对输出轴靠近输入轴一侧的轴端进行回转支承。
