Abstract

一种电源外置的电子酒柜,包括箱体、门体、电源板、风扇罩、散冷风扇、制冷系统、电源线和上开口的接水盒,箱体包括壳体、内胆和设置在壳体和内胆之间的保温层,箱体后端的上部设置有散热腔、下部设置有后开口的接水盒腔;电源板设置有散热腔内的壳体的后板上;电源线穿过散热腔的壁板伸入散热腔内与电源板连接;接水盒与内胆连通;还包括直流输出型的外置电源,外置电源设置在位于散热腔外部的电源线上;所述散热腔处的壳体的两侧壁板上设置有进风孔,散热腔的后壁板上设置有排风孔。由于采用这样的结构,外置电源设置在箱体外部的电源线上,克服了现有技术的缺陷,具有维修更换方便,使用寿命长的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电子酒柜。
背景技术
目前现有技术,一种电子酒柜,包括箱体、门体、电源板、风扇罩、散冷风扇、制冷系统、电源线和上开口的接水盒,箱体包括壳体、内胆和设置在壳体和内胆之间的保温层,箱体后端的上部设置有散热腔、下部设置有后开口的接水盒腔;电源板设置有散热腔内的壳体的后板上;电源线穿过散热腔的壁板伸入散热腔内与电源板连接;接水盒与内胆连通;交流变直流电路设置有电源板。存在问题是:成本高,能耗高,维修不方便,使用寿命短。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:提供一种电源外置的电子酒柜,它具有安全可靠,成本低,维修方便的特点。
本发明是这样实现的:一种电源外置的电子酒柜,包括箱体、门体、电源板、风扇罩、散冷风扇、制冷系统、电源线和上开口的接水盒,箱体包括壳体、内胆和设置在壳体和内胆之间的保温层,箱体后端的上部设置有散热腔、下部设置有后开口的接水盒腔;电源板设置有散热腔内的壳体的后板上;电源线穿过散热腔的壁板伸入散热腔内与电源板连接;接水盒与内胆连通;其特殊之处在于:还包括直流输出型的外置电源,外置电源设置在位于散热腔外部的电源线上;
所述散热腔处的壳体的两侧壁板上设置有进风孔,散热腔的后壁板上设置有排风孔。
所述的一种电源外置的电子酒柜,其特殊之处在于:所述内胆的后壁板上设置有前后开口的后凸的容置腔,容置腔的后开口上设置有环形接口,容置腔的前开口上设置有前沉孔;
所述壳体的后壁板上设置有前后开口的向后凸的凸腔;
还包括环形框体,环形柜体的前端面上设置有环形插接槽、后端面上置有后接口,后端面的两侧设置有连接座;
环形插接槽与环形接口插接,连接座插入凸腔的后壁板的连接孔内,容置腔和凸腔相对且形状相适应;所述制冷系统与环形框体配合;所述保温层包裹环形框体并填充在容置腔和凸腔之间的间隙内。
所述的一种电源外置的电子酒柜,其特殊之处在于:所述壳体包括前开口、后开口和下开口的箱壳,后壁板,前支撑件,后支撑件 后罩板和底板;
箱壳的前开口的顶板和侧板上设置有前面板、后开口的顶板和侧板上设置的挡板、下开口的两侧板的下端设置有脚板,前面板上设置有卡槽;
前支撑件包括垂直板和底座板,垂直板上设置有卡槽;
后支撑件包括底直角形板件和上直角形板件,上直角形板件的水平板与底直角形板件的垂直板连接;
后罩板的上部设置有所述排风孔,下端设置有与其垂直的水平板和与水平板垂直的垂直连接板;
前支撑件的垂直板的两端与箱壳前开口两侧的前面板下端对接、箱壳的脚板放置在底座板上并固定连接;底直角形板件的设置在箱壳后端、其水平板的两端设置在脚板上并固定连接,后壁板的下端放置在上直角形板件的水平板上并与上直角形板件的垂直板的表面贴合;底板放置在箱壳的脚板上,前端与前支撑件的垂直板配合、后端与底直角形板件的水平板对接;
后罩板的水平板和垂直连接板伸入箱壳内,两端与箱壳的侧壁板贴合,垂直连接板与后壁板贴合并连接;后罩板覆盖后罩板上部的箱壳的后开口构成所述散热腔;
所述内胆的前开口上设置有环形板,环形板插入卡槽内。
所述的一种电源外置的电子酒柜,其特殊之处在于:所述制冷系统包括半导体制冷片、散热铝、散冷铝、散热片、散热管、设置在散热管的蒸馏水、隔热套和排气扇;
隔热套的中心有安装孔,半导体制冷片设置在安装孔的一端,散冷铝的头部伸入安装孔内与半导体制冷片的冷面贴合,半导体制冷片的热面与散热铝贴合,散热管的下端与散热铝连接,上端设置散热片;排气扇固定在散热片并与后罩板上的排风孔相对。
本发明一种电源外置的电子酒柜,由于采用这样的结构,外置电源设置在箱体外部的电源线上,克服了现有技术的缺陷,具有维修更换方便,使用寿命长的特点。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述。
如图1所示,一种电源外置的电子酒柜,包括箱体1、门体2、电源板3、风扇罩4、散冷风扇5、制冷系统6、电源线7和上开口的接水盒8,箱体1包括壳体11、内胆12和设置在壳体11和内胆12之间的保温层(图中未示出),箱体1后端的上部设置有散热腔13、下部设置有后开口的接水盒腔14,制冷系统6设置有散热腔14内;电源板7设置有散热腔13内的壳体11的后板上;电源线7穿过散热腔13的壁板伸入散热腔13内与电源板7连接;接水盒8设置在接水盒腔14内,接水盒8与内胆12连通。
还包括直流输出型的外置电源9,外置电源9设置在位于散热腔13外部的电源线7上;
所述散热腔13处的壳体11的两侧壁板上设置有进风孔,散热腔13的后壁板上设置有排风孔。
所述内胆12的后壁板上设置有前后开口的后凸的容置腔121,容置腔121的后开口上设置有环形接口,容置腔121的前开口上设置有前沉孔;风扇罩4的周向边缘设置在前沉孔并固定连接,散冷风扇5固定风扇罩上,且与制冷系统6的散冷铝62相对。容置腔121下部的内胆12的后背板上接水槽123,一导水管一端与接水槽123连接接通、另一端穿过箱体1的后壁板的出水端位于接水盒8的上方;
所述壳体11的后壁板上设置有前后开口的向后凸的凸腔111;
还包括环形框体10,环形柜体10的前端面上设置有环形插接槽101、后端面上置有后接口102,后端面的两侧设置有连接座103;
环形框体10的环形插接槽101与容置腔121的后开口上的环形接口插接,连接座103插入凸腔111的后壁板的连接孔1111内,连接座103上挡板与凸腔111的后壁板贴合;容置腔121和凸腔111相对且形状相适应;所述制冷系统6与环形框体10配合;所述保温层包裹环形框体10并填充在容置腔121和凸腔111之间的间隙内。
所述壳体11包括前开口、后开口和下开口的箱壳15,后壁板16,前支撑件17,后支撑件18,后罩板19和底板20;
箱壳15的前开口的顶板和侧板上设置有前面板151、后开口的顶板和侧板上设置的挡板152、下开口的两侧板的下端设置有脚板153,前面板上设置有卡槽1511;
前支撑件17包括垂直板171和底座板172,垂直板171上设置有卡槽;
后支撑件18包括底直角形板件181和上直角形板件182,上直角形板182件的水平板与底直角形板件181的垂直板连接;
后罩板19的上部设置有所述排风孔,下端设置有与其垂直的水平板191和与水平板垂直的垂直连接板192;
前支撑件17的垂直板171的两端与箱壳15前开口两侧的前面板151下端对接、箱壳15的脚板153放置在前支撑件17的底座板172上并固定连接;底直角形板件181的设置在箱壳15后端、其水平板的两端设置在脚板153上并固定连接,后壁板16的下端放置在上直角形板件182的水平板上并与上直角形板件182的垂直板的表面贴合;底板20放置在箱壳15的脚板153上,前端与前支撑件17的垂直板171配合、后端与底直角形板件181的水平板对接;
后罩板19的水平板191和垂直连接板192伸入箱壳15内,两端与箱壳15的侧壁板贴合,垂直连接板192与后壁板16贴合并连接;后罩板19覆盖后罩板19上部的箱壳15的后开口构成所述散热腔13;
所述内胆12的前开口上设置有环形板122,环形板插入卡槽内,即前面板151的卡槽1511内和前支撑件17的垂直板171上的卡槽内。
所述制冷系统6包括半导体制冷片61、散热铝62、散冷铝63、散热片64、散热管65、设置在散热管的蒸馏水、隔热套66和排气扇67。
隔热套66的中心有安装孔,半导体制冷片61设置在安装孔的一端,散冷铝63的头部伸入安装孔内与半导体制冷片61的冷面贴合,半导体制冷片61的热面与散热铝62贴合,散热管65的下端与散热铝62连接,上端设置散热片64;排气扇67设置在散热片64并与后罩板19上的排风孔相对。

1.一种电源外置的电子酒柜,包括箱体、门体、电源板、风扇罩、散冷风扇、制冷系统、电源线和上开口的接水盒,箱体包括壳体、内胆和设置在壳体和内胆之间的保温层,箱体后端的上部设置有散热腔、下部设置有后开口的接水盒腔;电源板设置有散热腔内的壳体的后板上;电源线穿过散热腔的壁板伸入散热腔内与电源板连接;接水盒与内胆连通;其特征在于:还包括直流输出型的外置电源,外置电源设置在位于散热腔外部的电源线上;
所述散热腔处的壳体的两侧壁板上设置有进风孔,散热腔的后壁板上设置有排风孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电源外置的电子酒柜,其特征在于:所述内胆的后壁板上设置有前后开口的后凸的容置腔,容置腔的后开口上设置有环形接口,容置腔的前开口上设置有前沉孔;
所述壳体的后壁板上设置有前后开口的向后凸的凸腔;
还包括环形框体,环形柜体的前端面上设置有环形插接槽、后端面上置有后接口,后端面的两侧设置有连接座;
环形插接槽与环形接口插接,连接座插入凸腔的后壁板的连接孔内,容置腔和凸腔相对且形状相适应;所述制冷系统与环形框体配合;所述保温层包裹环形框体并填充在容置腔和凸腔之间的间隙内。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种电源外置的电子酒柜,其特征在于:所述壳体包括前开口、后开口和下开口的箱壳,后壁板,前支撑件,后支撑件 后罩板和底板;
