技术领域
本实用新型涉及靶材制备领域，尤其涉及一种靶材素坯加工的胀紧装置。
背景技术
目前靶材素坯在经过冷等静压成型后，由于尺寸不规则，通常在进烧结炉烧结前进行整形，但由于靶材素坯强度小，在整形车削的过程中易裂，需要一个对靶材素坯均匀对称程力的装置，保证素坯受力均匀，从而素坯在加工整形过程中不至于开裂。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种靶材素坯加工的胀紧装置，通过胀紧卡盘和胀紧移动杆相配合，对靶材素坯进行胀紧固定，避免通过机床三爪卡盘进行固定造成素坯开裂，并通过卡紧螺帽对胀紧程度进行限定，避免损伤基体。
本实用新型提供一种靶材素坯加工的胀紧装置，包括心轴，所述心轴上设置有胀紧卡盘，所述胀紧卡盘通过后端设置的卡紧螺帽进行固定，所述胀紧卡盘外侧设置有胀紧移动杆，所述胀紧卡盘两端设置有胀紧斜槽，所述胀紧卡盘内侧设置有定位销。
进一步改进在于：所述胀紧卡盘与胀紧移动杆之间设置有胀紧杆限定盘，通过胀紧杆限定盘对胀紧移动杆的间距进行限定。
进一步改进在于：所述卡紧螺帽上设置有位置检测装置，通过位置检测装置对卡紧螺帽的位置进行检测，进而对胀紧程度进行记录。
进一步改进在于：所述胀紧移动杆上设置有卡紧检测装置，通过卡紧检测装置对胀紧装置的固定情况进行检测。
本实用新型的有益效果是：通过胀紧卡盘和胀紧移动杆相配合，对靶材素坯均匀对称的夹紧，保证素坯受力均匀，从而素坯在加工整形过程中不至于开裂。

1.一种靶材素坯加工的胀紧装置，包括心轴（1），所述心轴（1）上设置有胀紧卡盘（2），其特征在于：所述胀紧卡盘（2）通过后端设置的卡紧螺帽（3）进行固定，所述胀紧卡盘（2）外侧设置有胀紧移动杆（4），所述胀紧卡盘（2）两端设置有胀紧斜槽（5），所述胀紧卡盘（2）内侧设置有定位销（6）。
2.如权利要求1所述的靶材素坯加工的胀紧装置，其特征在于：所述胀紧卡盘（2）与胀紧移动杆（4）之间设置有胀紧杆限定盘（7），通过胀紧杆限定盘（7）对胀紧移动杆（4）的左右进行限定，其中胀紧移动杆（4）的个数为3-6个，对称分布于胀紧卡盘（2）的四周。
3.如权利要求1所述的靶材素坯加工的胀紧装置，其特征在于：所述卡紧螺帽（3）上设置有位置检测装置（8），通过位置检测装置（8）对卡紧螺帽（3）的位置进行检测，进而对胀紧程度进行记录。
4.如权利要求2所述的靶材素坯加工的胀紧装置，其特征在于：所述胀紧杆限定盘（7）上设置有固定螺钉（9），通过固定限定盘（7），从而限制在涨紧过程中胀紧移动杆（4）左右移动。
5.如权利要求1所述的靶材素坯加工的胀紧装置，其特征在于：所述胀紧移动杆（4）上设置有弹性连接绳或弹簧通过通孔（10）将胀紧移动杆（4）连接起来。
