背景技术
目前，车床加工具有正方形面的木工件时，车床的顶针需要顶在工件端面的中心点处，那在车床加工之前需要人工将木工件的中心点找出，即将每一个需要加工的工件在其端面上划对角线找中心点，然后在中心点的位置凿出洞，工作效率低，工人工作强度大。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服以上的不足，提供一种结构简单、提高了工作效率的木工车床工件快速定中装置。
本实用新型的目的通过以下技术方案来实现：一种木工车床工件快速定中装置，包括底板，底板上设有固定块和活动块，固定块和活动块均设有“V”型槽，“V”型槽的两个面的夹角为90°，活动块置于两条平行的滑槽中，靠近固定块的底板的一端设有竖板，竖板上设有“U”型槽，“U”型槽内插有可调顶针。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有以下优点：从批量工件中取出一根样料，将划好对角线的木工件放在固定块和活动块上，根据木工件的长度调节活动块，之后根据中点的位置调节好可调顶针的位置，将木工件往前推，可调顶针就钻出一个洞，这样，同样规格的木工件就可以不用划对角线，直接放在固定块和活动块上，大大提高了工作效率。

如图1和图2示出了本实用新型一种木工车床工件快速定中装置的一种实施方式，包括底板1，底板1上设有固定块2和活动块3，固定块2和活动块3均设有“V”型槽，“V”型槽的两个面的夹角为90°，活动块3置于两条平行的滑槽4中，活动块3可在滑槽4中前后移动，靠近固定块2的底板1的一端设有竖板5，竖板5上设有“U”型槽6，“U”型槽6内插有可调顶针7，可调顶针7可在“U”型槽6中上下移动，确定好位置后可固定。
将划好对角线的木工件放在固定块和活动块上，根据木工件的长度调节活动块，之后根据中点的位置调节好可调顶针的位置，将木工件往前推，可调顶针就钻出一个洞。这样，同样规格的木工件就可以不用划对角线，直接放在固定块和活动块上，就可以快速定中了。在不同规格的木工件上定中时，只需根据第一个木工件的中心位置调节好可调顶针的位置，在加工成批量的木工件时大大提高了工作效率，实现了快速定中。
