Abstract
鞋底压合气囊，本实用新型涉及制鞋机械技术领域，尤其是指一种压制鞋底的机器上所使用的鞋底压合气囊。是通过如下技术方案实现：鞋底成型气囊，由进气口及囊体组成，囊体一端开口、一端封闭，开口端与进气口固定连接，囊体其截面呈两头大、中间小的凹槽状。本实用新型由于将鞋底成型气囊加工成型呈上、下窄、中间宽的截面，配合模具并利用成型气囊充气施压，将原有的平面上、下模无法完成的加工压合工作完成，且结构简单，操作容易。

本实用新型涉及制鞋机械技术领域，尤其是指一种压制鞋底的机器上所使用的鞋底压合帮面的气囊。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高，人们穿着在脚上的鞋子呈现出色彩缤纷的式样，如皮鞋、高跟鞋、休闲鞋等，我们知道，各种鞋底由于其具有的特殊性，它的鞋底呈现出各种不同的式样，如附图1所示，其鞋底1两侧的截面呈上、下窄、中间宽的截面，如平底、包边底等，而它们的加工成型是在平面的上、下模具中进行的。若鞋底1截面的上、下端与中间的截面差距稍大，则会出现上、下模无法压合边沿的现象产生。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述现有技术中的不足之处，而提供一种压制鞋底的机器上所使用的鞋底压合气囊。
本实用新型是通过如下技术方案实现：鞋底压合气囊，由进气口及囊体组成，囊体一端开口、一端封闭，开口端与进气口固定连接，囊体其截面呈两头大、中间小的凹槽状。
本实用新型由于将鞋底成型气囊加工成型呈上、下窄、中间宽的截面，配合模具并利用成型气囊充气施压，将原有的平面上、下模无法完成的加工定型工作完成，且结构简单，操作容易。

具体实施方式：
见附图1～3，鞋底压合气囊，由进气口21及囊体22组成，囊体22一端开口、一端封闭，开口端与进气口21固定连接，囊体22其截面呈两头大、中间小的凹槽状。
应用本实用新型时，将欲加工成型的鞋底1放入与其外形相匹配的模具3内，再将其内形相匹配的成型气囊2放入欲加工压合的鞋底1内侧，成型气囊2的进气口21进气，与此同时，成型压片32在伸缩气缸的作用下，向下移动，使得被夹压在两者之间的鞋底1在受压过程中产生形变，其截面的外形及内形呈现出与成型压片32的内侧和成型气囊2的外侧相吻合的形状，亦即我们所需要的加工压合的鞋底1；加工成型完成后，排出成型气囊2中的气体；同时，伸缩气缸使成型压片32上升，即可从成型压片32及底板33中取出已加工完毕的成型的鞋底1。

1.鞋底压合气囊，其特征在于：由进气口及囊体组成，囊体一端开口、一端封闭，开口端与进气口固定连接，囊体其截面呈两头大、中间小的凹槽状。
