Abstract

一种流体输送用钢塑复合管道,钢管及内衬塑料管间留有间隙并设置防止内衬塑料管纵向滑移的止移装置,内衬塑料管各段间采取柱面承插拼接,且在该拼接处及止移装置处加以密封,形成一个与内衬塑料管段相对应的封闭的环形空腔。该复合管道既能解决钢塑复合管内外膨胀差问题,又能根据不同情况实现不同功能。

本发明涉及一种流体输送复合管道。
背景技术
目前,常用流体输送管道有钢管及非金属(塑料)管道,二者各有优缺。钢管承压力强但内防腐困难,非金属(塑料)管道耐腐但承压力弱。所以人们常用钢塑复合管道代替单一钢管或塑料管。但由于钢塑膨胀系数差别很大,钢塑复合管道普遍存在不能适应温度变化的缺点。为使其适应较大温度变化,往往采取将内衬塑料管分段拼接且留有膨胀补偿余地的做法。这样,又出现钢管内壁防腐不可靠的问题。
发明内容
为了既能克服钢塑复合管道普遍存在的不能适应温度变化的缺点,又能可靠地做好钢管内壁防腐,本发明采用以下方案:钢管及内衬塑料管间留有间隙并设置防止内衬塑料管纵向滑移的止移装置,内衬塑料管由多段拼接而成且留有纵向膨胀补偿余地,各段间拼接方式为柱面承插拼接,且在该拼接处及止移装置处加以密封,形成一个与内衬塑料管段相对应的封闭的环形空腔。在该封闭的环形空腔内,根据所要实现的功能,分别置入不同的物质材料。柱面承插拼接处及止移装置处设有环形橡胶圈密封。
本发明的有益效果是:1、既能解决钢塑复合管内外膨胀差问题,又能按照所置入的不同物质材料实现不同的功能。2、利用本技术方案可制作全线焊接的钢塑复合管。

具体实施方式
本技术方案既适用于刚性连接的钢塑复合管,也适用于焊接连接的钢塑复合管。焊接连接时,先将内衬塑料管承插拼接到位,再进行外部钢管焊接(焊接处钢管和内衬管间有一间隙以防内衬受焊接热影响。
环形空腔内,根据所要实现的功能,分别置入不同的物质材料。例如,置入碱性物质材料并控制PH值可实现钢管内壁防腐;置入隔热材料可实现管道保温功能;置入膏体材料可消除管道振动等等。

Claims (3)

1.一种流体输送用钢塑复合管道,钢管及内衬塑料管间留有间隙并设置防止内衬塑料管纵向滑移的止移装置,内衬塑料管由多段拼接而成且留有纵向膨胀补偿余地,其特征是各段间拼接方式为柱面承插拼接,且在该拼接处及止移装置处加以密封,形成一个与内衬塑料管段相对应的封闭的环形空腔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的钢塑复合管道,其特征是柱面承插拼接处及止移装置处设有环形橡胶圈密封。
3.根据权利要求1所述的钢塑复合管道,其特征是在所述环形空腔内,根据所要实现的功能,分别置入不同的物质材料。
