本实用新型涉及一种汽车部件，特别是关于一种汽车轮毂总成轴头调整垫结构。
背景技术
目前，厂商在组装轮毂时，大部分轮毂都是分体结构的，即需要将供应商提供的轮毂、轴承、轴等配件逐一组装成轮毂。组装后通过调整轴头的锁紧螺母的锁紧力来获得最佳的轴承配套游隙。调整的过程中由于轴头螺母提供预紧力直接作用在轴承上，导致轴承滚道发生变形，进而使得轴承在使用过程中的载荷分布发生异常而降低了轴承的使用寿命。因此，以往的调整结构存在弊端。

我克服现有技术的缺点，本实用新型的目的是提供一种轮毂总成轴头调整垫结构。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是：一种轮毂总成轴头调整垫结构，轮毂壳体内设有两个背对背安装的轴承，两个轴承通过一个轴管连接，位于车轮内侧的轴管设有挡肩，轴管另一侧突出轴承内圈，凸出部分套有调整垫以及端垫，端垫通过螺钉固定在轴管上。
本实用新型的轮毂总成轴头调整垫结构主要是通过更换不同厚度的调整垫，来实现对整个轮毂的轴承配套游隙进行调整的。调整得当后，该轮毂总成可直接装入车轴，车轴的轴头锁紧螺母可直接按指定锁紧力锁紧，无需调整即可满足使用要求。操作简单，延长轮毂总成的使用寿命。

下面结合附图说明实施例：
在轮毂壳体04内设有两个背对背安装的轴承05，两个轴承05通过一个轴管06连接，位于车轮内侧的轴管06设有挡肩，轴管06另一侧突出轴承05内圈，凸出部分套有调整垫03以及端垫01，端垫01通过螺钉02固定在轴管06上。
装配时通过更换不同厚度的调整垫03，来实现对整个轮毂的轴承05配套游隙进行调整的。调整得当后，该轮毂总成可直接装入车轴，车轴的轴头锁紧螺母可直接按指定锁紧力锁紧，无需调整即可满足使用要求。
