本实用新型中集流管采用二层复合结构,即在铝材内层上复合钎料外层;翅片采用二层复合结构,即在铝材翅片的一个侧面上复合钎料层;扁管采用三层复合结构,即在铝材中间层的外面复合钎料外层,在铝材中间层的里面复合防腐蚀层。装配时上下两根边板和扁管插接在两根集流管上,在边板与扁管之间和相邻扁管之间夹持翅片,翅片两端第一片翼的钎料层紧贴集流管,过炉钎焊后翅片中部片翼的端部焊接在边板和扁管上,翅片两端的第一片翼焊接在集流管上。本实用新型过炉钎焊时钎料没有流到扁管上,扁管也就不会产生溶蚀现象,钎焊后翅片和集流管紧密接触,在同等迎风面上外部有效换热面积更大,使通过换热器的风没有泄漏,利于提高换热效能,同时外观更加美观。

背景技术
现有技术中,水冷式平行流换热器的内部通水与空气进行换热,通常集流管采用二层复合高频焊接构成,即在铝材内层上复合钎料外层;翅片为单层铝材,不复合钎料层。在装配产品时,集流管和翅片两端第一片翼之间需要留有空隙层,防止过炉钎焊时集流管外表的钎料通过翅片流到扁管上,导致扁管溶蚀。集流管和翅片没有紧密接触,增加了漏风,减少了迎风面上的有效换热面积。
发明内容
本实用新型主要是解决上述现有技术所存在的技术问题,提供了一种水冷式平行流换热器,集流管和翅片可紧密接触,减少了漏风,增加了迎风面上的有效换热面积。
本实用新型的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:一种水冷式平行流换热器,包括两根平行设置的集流管,两根集流管间插接有若干扁管和上下两根边板,边板与扁管之间和相邻扁管之间夹持有翅片,集流管上设有进水管和出水管,其中进水管设置集流管的下端,出水管经由转接头设置在集流管上部的管壁上,集流管上还设置安装之间,经由安装支架可以将换热器安装固定在墙板或支座上。所述集流管采用二层复合结构,即在铝材内层上复合钎料外层;所述翅片也采用二层复合结构,即在铝材翅片的一个侧面上复合钎料层;所述扁管采用三层复合结构,即在铝材中间层的外面复合钎料外层,在铝材中间层的里面复合防腐蚀层;装配时上下两根边板和扁管插接在两根集流管上,在边板与扁管之间和相邻扁管之间夹持翅片,翅片两端第一片翼的钎料层紧贴集流管,过炉钎焊后边板和扁管焊接在集流管上,翅片中部片翼的端部焊接在边板和扁管上,翅片两端的第一片翼焊接在集流管上。
