Abstract
本申请公开柱塞式泵及其凸轮从动件。柱塞式泵包括壳体、凸轮轴、柱塞及凸轮从动件。凸轮从动件的销包括沿其轴向分布的第一区、第三区及第二区,第三区位于第一区及第二区之间,第一区安装在挺柱体的第一销孔中,第二区安装在第二销孔中,第三区位于挺柱体的滚腔中,第一区的直径不大于第二区的直径并且第一区与第一销孔不能相对转动地配合。滚子能相对于销转动地安装于销的第三区上。该销不易磨损,柱塞式泵及凸轮从动件经久耐用。
Description
技术领域
本申请涉及柱塞式泵,尤其涉及柱塞的往复运动方向与驱动凸轮轴垂直的具有凸轮从动件的高压柱塞式泵。
背景技术
在高压燃油系统中广泛应用柱塞式泵,柱塞式泵通过凸轮轴推动柱塞在柱塞腔中往复运动,而将燃油进行加压而输出高压燃油。
柱塞式泵中用到凸轮从动件,如图1所示为一种凸轮从动件10的剖视示意图,挺柱体1上通过销2安装滚子3,滚子3与销2滑动配合而能相对旋转。能旋转的滚子3沿凸轮轴(未图示)滚动而驱动挺柱体1在泵壳体(未图示)的挺柱腔中上下往复运动。然而,销2与挺柱体1滑动配合,因此,在工作过程中,销2将相对于挺柱体1磨损,而且销2能相对于挺柱体1轴向移位而接触到挺柱腔的侧壁,造成磨损。
因此,有必要改进以克服现有技术中存在的技术问题。
发明内容
本申请主要解决凸轮从动件及柱塞式泵易磨损不耐用的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本申请一方面提供凸轮从动件,其包括:
挺柱体,其设置具有侧壁的滚腔,所述滚腔具有位于所述侧壁之间的纵向开口,沿横向分别贯穿所述滚腔的两个相对的所述侧壁分别设置第一销孔及第二销孔;
销,其包括沿其轴向分布的第一区、第三区及第二区,所述第三区位于所述第一区及所述第二区之间,所述第一区安装在所述第一销孔中,所述第二区安装在所述第二销孔中,所述第三区位于所述滚腔中,所述第一区的直径既不大于所述第二区的直径也不大于所述第三区的直径,并且所述第一区与所述第一销孔不能相对转动地配合;及
滚子,其能相对于所述销转动地安装于所述销的第三区上,所述滚子位于滚腔中并且至少部分地从所述开口露出于所述滚腔外。
本申请另一方面提供柱塞式泵,其包括壳体、能相对于所述壳体绕旋转轴旋转地安装的凸轮轴、柱塞及前述的凸轮从动件,所述柱塞能相对于所述壳体沿挺伸方向及收缩方向往返运动地安装,所述挺伸方向垂直于所述旋转轴,所述挺伸方向与所述收缩方向相反,当所述柱塞向所述收缩方向运动时,所述柱塞式泵吸入流体,当所述柱塞向所述挺伸方向运动时,所述柱塞式泵输出流体,所述凸轮从动件安装于所述凸轮轴与所述柱塞之间,将所述凸轮轴的旋转运动动力转化为驱动所述柱塞作直线运动的动力。
根据本申请由于销的第一区与第一销孔不能相对转动地配合,因此不存在销与挺柱体之间的摩擦损伤,销也不会在其轴线方向相对于挺柱体移动,从而避免销端部磨损泵壳体,所以柱塞式泵及凸轮从动件经久耐用。第二销孔的直径大于第一销孔的直径,而第一区的直径不大于第二区的直径,因此,可以把销通过第二销孔容易地安装到挺柱体上。

具体实施方式
请参阅图2到5所示,根据本申请的一种具体实施方式的柱塞式泵100包括壳体4、凸轮轴5、柱塞6及凸轮从动件10。凸轮轴5能相对于壳体4绕旋转轴X旋转地安装,柱塞6能相对于壳体4沿挺伸方向F1及收缩方向F2往返运动地安装。旋转轴X为横向延伸,挺伸方向F1垂直于旋转轴X,为竖直向上,收缩方向F2与挺伸方向F1相反,为竖直向下。当柱塞6向收缩方向F2运动时,柱塞式泵100从进油管路(未标注)吸入流体,当柱塞6向挺伸方向F1运动时,柱塞式泵100将燃油加压,在超过必要的油压时从油嘴8输出燃油。
凸轮从动件10安装于凸轮轴5与柱塞6之间,滚子3与凸轮轴5滚动接合而在凸轮轴5的驱动下使挺柱体1推动柱塞6沿挺伸方向F1运动。弹性部件7对柱塞6施加驱使柱塞6朝向收缩方向F2运动的弹性力。在图2中显示了柱塞式泵100的两个柱塞6,左边的一个柱塞6处于挺伸状态,右边的一个柱塞6处收缩状态。
凸轮从动件10包括挺柱体1、销2及滚子3。挺柱体1底部设置具有由圆筒形的侧壁14包围的滚腔13,滚腔13具有于侧壁13之间沿纵向开设的开口17。贯穿滚腔13的相对两侧壁14分别设置第一销孔11及第二销孔12。第二销孔12的直径大于第一销孔11的直径。挺柱体1的顶部设置挺顶部15。挺顶部15与滚腔13沿纵向相对,呈突出状,用于推顶柱塞6。在图2显示的具体实施方式中弹性部件7为螺旋弹簧,挺顶部15的周边设置成环形的凹槽16,凹槽16中用于收容柱塞6上的安装弹性部件7的部件(未标注)。第一销孔11及第二销孔12沿横向贯穿滚腔13的侧壁14。滚子3的大部分位于滚腔13中,并且至少部分地从开口17露出于滚腔13外。如图所示的,滚子3的上部位于滚腔13中,而下部露出于滚腔13外。
销2包括沿其轴向分布的第一区21、第三区23及第二区22,第三区23位于第一区21及第二区22之间,第一区21安装在第一销孔11中,第二区22安装在第二销孔12中,第三区23位于滚腔13中,第一区21的直径既不大于第二区22的直径也不大于第三区23的直径,并且第一区21与第一销孔11不能相对转动地配合。滚子3能相对于销2转动地安装于销2的第三区23上。
在图3到图5为根据本申请的三种可行具体实施方式。
在图3中,第一区21、第二区22及第三区23的直径相同。安装的时候,把销2穿过第二销孔12插入第一销孔11,由于第二销孔12的直径略大于第一销孔11的直径,第一区21与第一销孔11过盈配合,第二区22与第二销孔12间隙配合。
在图4中,第一区21与第三区23的直径相同,但小于第二区22的直径。安装的时候,把销2穿过第二销孔12插入第一销孔11,由于第二销孔12的直径大于第一销孔11的直径,可以把销2的第一区21及第三区23轻松地穿过第二销孔12,最后第一区21与第一销孔11过盈配合,同时也第二区22与第二销孔12过盈配合。
在图5中,第一区21的直径小于第三区23的直径,即在第一区21与第三区23间形成台阶,而且第三区23的直径小于第二区22的直径。安装的时候,把销2穿过第二销孔12插入第一销孔11,由于第二销孔12的直径大于第一销孔11的直径,可以把销2的第一区21及第三区23轻松地穿过第二销孔12,最后第一区21与第一销孔11过盈配合,同时也第二区22与第二销孔12过盈配合,而第一区21与第三区23间的台阶挡止于侧壁14而把销2在其轴向上良好地定位。
在如图所示的具体实施方式中把销2与销孔11、12过盈配合。在其他的可行具体实施方式中,还可以采用粘结、焊接及铆接等不能相对转动的配合方式把销2与销孔11、12进行固定。
以上具体实施方式仅用于说明本申请,而并非对本申请的限制,有关技术领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本申请的范围的情况下,还可以做出各种变化和变型。因此所有等同的技术方案也属于本申请的范畴,本申请的专利保护范围应由权利要求限定。
Claims (10)
1.凸轮从动件(10),其特征在于,其包括:
挺柱体(1),其设置具有侧壁(14)的滚腔(13),所述滚腔具有位于所述侧壁(14)之间的纵向开口,沿横向分别贯穿所述滚腔(13)的两个相对的所述侧壁(14)分别设置第一销孔(11)及第二销孔(12);
销(2),其包括沿其轴向分布的第一区(21)、第三区(23)及第二区(22),所述第三区(23)位于所述第一区(21)及所述第二区(22)之间,所述第一区(21)安装在所述第一销孔(11)中,所述第二区(22)安装在所述第二销孔(12)中,所述第三区(23)位于所述滚腔(13)中,所述第一区(21)的直径既不大于所述第二区(22)的直径也不大于所述第三区(23)的直径,并且所述第一区(21)与所述第一销孔(11)不能相对转动地配合;及
滚子(3),其能相对于所述销(2)转动地安装于所述销(2)的第三区(23)上,所述滚子(3)位于滚腔(13)中并且至少部分地从所述开口露出于所述滚腔(13)外。
2.根据权利要求1所述凸轮从动件(10),其中,所述第一区(21)的直径等于所述第二区(22)的直径,所述第二区(22)与所述第二销孔(12)间隙配合,所述第一区(21)小于或者等于所述第三区(23)的直径,所述第三区(23)小于或者等于所述第二区(22)的直径。
3.根据权利要求1所述凸轮从动件(10),其中,所述第一区(21)的直径小于所述第二区(22)的直径,所述第二区(22)与所述第二销孔(12)过盈配合。
4.根据权利要求1所述凸轮从动件(10),其中,所述第一区(21)的直径小于或等于所述第三区(23)的直径且所述第三区(23)的直径小于或等于所述第二区(22)的直径。
5.根据权利要求1所述凸轮从动件(10),其中,所述第一区(21)与所述第一销孔(11)粘结、焊接、铆接或者过盈配合。
6.根据权利要求1所述凸轮从动件(10),其中,所述挺柱体(1)还具有与所述滚腔(13)沿纵向相对的挺顶部(15),所述挺顶部(15)呈突出状,用于推顶柱塞。
7.根据权利要求1所述凸轮从动件(10),其中,所述第二销孔(12)的直径大于所述第一销孔(11)的直径。
8.柱塞式泵(100),其包括壳体(4)、能相对于所述壳体(4)绕旋转轴旋转地安装的凸轮轴(5)及能相对于所述壳体(4)沿挺伸方向及收缩方向往返运动地安装的柱塞(6),所述挺伸方向垂直于所述旋转轴,所述挺伸方向与所述收缩方向相反,当所述柱塞(6)向所述收缩方向运动时,所述柱塞式泵(100)吸入流体,当所述柱塞(6)向所述挺伸方向运动时,所述柱塞式泵(100)输出流体,其特征在于,其还包括根据权利要求1到7中任一项所述凸轮从动件(10),所述凸轮从动件(10)安装于所述凸轮轴(5)与所述柱塞(6)之间,将所述凸轮轴(5)的旋转运动动力转化为驱动所述柱塞(6)作直线运动的动力。
9.根据权利要求8所述柱塞式泵(100),其中,所述滚子(3)与所述凸轮轴(5)滚动接合而在凸轮轴(5)的驱动下使所述挺柱体(1)推动所述柱塞(6)沿所述挺伸方向运动。
10.根据权利要求8所述柱塞式泵(100),其还包括预加载的弹性部件(7),所述弹性部件(7)对所述柱塞(6)施加朝向所述收缩方向的弹性力。
