Abstract

一种具有爆炸性气体混合场合所用的热电偶和热电阻隔爆型接线盒,其特征在于采用圆柱形的冷端接头组成圆筒隔爆面,二个隔爆腔之间形成隔爆作用,主腔内的压力不会剧增,达到良好的防爆作用,可广泛应用于石油、化工、冶金、化纤等具有爆炸性气体混合场合用的隔爆热电偶和热电阻。

Description

本实用新型涉及温度测量仪表领域,具体说是一种具有爆炸性气体混合的场合所用热电偶和热电阻隔爆型接线盒。
目前国内由于将过去国标GB1336-77防爆规程设计的产品随之淘汰,现采用了圆筒形式的隔爆接线盒,虽有二个隔爆腔,但接线盒壳体体积大,用料多,二个隔爆腔之间隔爆面加工精度要求高,合格率低。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种用简单的配合实现二个隔爆腔,不需要精密金加工。合格率高,相应成本低的一种热电偶(阻)用隔爆接线盒。
为完成上述目的所采取的技术方案:设接线盒壳体内壁为圆筒形,中间设置组合式接线座,将盒壳体内分别形成空腔和主腔两个隔爆腔,所述的组合式接线座由金属压圈、陶瓷接线板、橡胶石棉板、托板、冷端接头组成,分别通过螺钉将上述组合接线座整体。所述的冷端接头与盒壳体内壁相互配合,成圆筒隔爆面,盒壳体与盒盖和金属保护管之间的配合均为螺纹隔爆面。
本实用新型实施例结合附图加以详细描述。
图1为本实用新型结构示意图。
根据图1所示,盒盖1和盒壳体2用合金铝压铸而成,盒壳体2内壁为二个圆柱体,中间设置组合式接线座12,将盒壳体2分别形成空腔14和主腔11两个隔爆腔,所述的组合式接线座12由陶瓷接线板4、橡胶石棉板5、托板6和冷端接头8组成,并分别通过螺钉13将上述组合式接线座12各部件组成一整体,然后由三个螺钉15分别固定于盒壳体2上,形成圆筒隔爆面7。盒壳体2与盒盖1和金属管10之间的配合,均为螺纹隔爆面3和9。
由于采用圆筒隔爆面,二个隔爆腔之间形成具有一定配合间隙隔爆作用,从而达到不需精密金加工的工序。

1、一种由盒壳体、盒盖、接线座、隔爆腔组成的热电偶(阻)用隔爆接线盒和接线座,其特征在于:a.接线盒壳体2内壁为二个圆柱体中间设置组合式接线座12,组合式接线座12分别由陶瓷接线板4、橡胶石棉板5、托板6和冷端接头8组成,并通过三个螺钉15固定于盒壳体2上,所述的接线座12与盒壳体2相互配合成圆形隔爆面7;b.组合式接线座12设置于盒壳体2内,分别构成空腔14和主腔11两隔爆腔;c.盒盖1与盒壳体2的配合为螺纹隔爆面3,盒壳体2与金属保护管10的配合为螺纹隔爆面9。
