一种无纺纸烘缸冷凝水余热回收装置,包括机架、烘缸、蒸汽管,其主要技术特征是在原有烘缸旁增设若干个烘缸,原有的每个烘缸冷凝水出水管汇入冷凝水总管,冷凝水总管与贮藏罐相通,贮藏罐连水泵,水泵连接出水管,出水管分接成若干个进水管,分别通入增设的烘缸内;所述贮藏罐为封闭式的。本实用新型在原有烘缸旁观加设几个烘缸,把原有烘缸利用后出来的蒸汽水重新回收加热纸张,改后最终排出的水温降低到65度左右,有效利用回水温度,降低热气用量。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种无纺纸生产设备工序中的烘干设备,特别是指烘缸冷凝水的回收利用装置。
背景技术
目前在无纺纸原纸或其他纸张生产过程中,都需经过烘缸干燥这一工序,通过烘缸对纸进行烘干处理,一般是利用烘缸内通入蒸汽来加热烘干的。现有技术中,造纸机烘缸加热烘干装置一般由烘缸和烘缸罩构成,在烘缸中心转轴位置安装蒸汽进管和蒸汽出管,蒸汽进管和蒸汽出管伸入到烘缸内。一般用后出来的蒸汽出管内的水温尚有85-95度,如果任其排泄掉,造成水资源的热资源的浪费。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种能回收利用烘缸冷凝水余热重新进行烘缸干燥加热处理的无纺纸烘缸冷凝水余热回收装置。
本实用新型是通过如下技术方案来实现的:一种无纺纸烘缸冷凝水余热回收装置,包括机架、烘缸、蒸汽管,其主要技术特征是在原有烘缸旁增设若干个烘缸,原有的每个烘缸冷凝水出水管汇入冷凝水总管,冷凝水总管与贮藏罐相通,贮藏罐连水泵,水泵连接出水管,出水管分接成若干个进水管,分别通入增设的烘缸内;
所述贮藏罐为封闭式的。
本实用新型在原有烘缸旁观加设几个烘缸,把原有烘缸利用后出来的蒸汽水重新回收加热纸张,改后最终排出的水温降低到65度左右,有效利用回水温度,降低热气用量。

具体实施方式:
如图1所示,本无纺纸烘缸冷凝水余热回收装置,包括机架1、烘缸2、蒸汽管,在原有烘缸旁增设2个烘缸3,原有的每个烘缸冷凝水出水管4汇入冷凝水总管5,冷凝水总管与封闭式的贮藏罐6相通,贮藏罐连水泵7,水泵连接出水管8,出水管分接成2个进水管9,分别通入增设的烘缸3内进行加热烘干回用,回用从出水管10排出。

1.一种无纺纸烘缸冷凝水余热回收装置,包括机架、烘缸、蒸汽管,其特征在于在原有烘缸旁增设若干个烘缸,原有的每个烘缸冷凝水出水管汇入冷凝水总管,冷凝水总管与贮藏罐相通,贮藏罐连水泵,水泵连接出水管,出水管分接成若干个进水管,分别通入增设的烘缸内。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种无纺纸烘缸冷凝水余热回收装置,其特征在于所述贮藏罐为封闭式的。
